Terrible and rude customer service. Had to wait 10 days to get new service turned on. This company is the most unprofessional and rudest company I have ever had to deal with. Really wish I had other options for gas.
I called thought I had a gas leak. Albert was sent to my house in 15 minutes. He was very respectful. Took his time. Great job!
My mom and I drove out to the 30th street location on January 5, 2017 to pay her bill. Turns out the office is strictly an administration office. Aside from a sign saying so, the doors have no handles so that the public do not walk in, only employees. A paystation is outside the front door. Waste of gas considering the bill listed the 30th street address with the implication that one can pay the bill at that location. Either consider removing that address off the invoice or start serving the public again by taking walk in payments.
Horrible customer service. If I had any other options for my gas utilities I would take my business there. Unfortunately I don't have a choice.
So far my service has been really good with them. The only thing I had a problem with was them giving the option to pay at the office. You can't go inside. You have to use the machine outside and you need exact change. If you have money left over it'll be applied on your next bill. I wish I was told all this before I drove out there.
Just a kiosk outside the building. You're better off stopping at Food City, or Del Sol.
I had just the opposite experience. I had a friendly representative named Crissy who helped me reschedule my appointment fast and easy with no trouble . Great experience so far!

Horrible service took them for ever to turn my services on plus they opened two accounts under my name it been two weeks that im waiting for the deposit dont have a choice its the only gas company

This company is just as bad to work with as cable companies. 4 hour window for them to turn on the gas!? Are they coming from pheonix? If they are located in Yuma it should be same day service! Don't they just don't want to pay o.t. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will let everyone I know about the rude experiences with them.
I've never used their services before but just by how their employees drive, I'd probably never. I had Truck #2362, licenses plate CJ88788 tail gatting me this morning around 6:32am for about 5 miles before the driver finally stopped after he/she realized I wasn't going to go faster than the posted speed.
I was really skeptical of the company after reading the reviews. Their website wasn't allowing me to process anything to start service so I had to call customer assistance the following Monday. The process was really quick and I was able to schedule someone to come turn everything on for me the next morning. So as of now, I have no complaints.
