The manager Denise is unprofessional and has violated residence confidentiality and a breach of HIPPA. When I have contacted the corporate office in regards to this issue no one would return my call. I plan on taking this issue further in order to have this issue handled.
Very helpful actually I'm a current tenant. Very please thankful that I can live a place that you have a roof over my head and overjoyed that.
The company as a whole has policies that do not favor giving persons who have made mistakes in their past a chance for a job. Now I do understand the need for background checks and would fully understand not being hired had my background check reflected recent activity. When interviewed I was upfront about my past, hid nothing because my past is not a reflection of who I am today. I struggled many years with substance abuse and did many things I am not proud of. I can't change my past. Some person who I never met denied my approval for the job. It's to bad RLJ is not a second chance company. There are a lot of talented people out there with troubled pasts and you are missing out.

We live in a pit hole. Mgmt only PT 2 days a week! This is WV but pig and poor is not synonymous! They do very little, violate confidentiality here and HIPAA too! Mgr hangs up when her nastiness is challenged. Dog mess all around and cameras are a joke! There isn't any security focused on the main violators and I seriously doubt they check the few cameras each day or they would see some times all the people who let their dogs go wherever without picking it up! We're infested with wild cats, people have more than one pet! Cats are not included on the ADA! Some have 3 to 4 and feed the strays to bring more!
I'm told their inferior carpets-that are shredding - requires I pay to move my furniture to get new! I didn't make it wrinkle & tear! But be careful, fail inspection and you're forced to move because HUD will not pay them!
Oh, maintenance has lost repair tickets again and again and they're only PT as well! Any complaints and you'll be sorry because somehow they're not responsible! The owner isn't either, nor West Va Housing Development Fund, nor HUD nor CKHA! I just want to move -where this guy who owns this place doesn't own in Charleston, Kanawha County! RLJ reputation suffers his lack of care.
CKHA hasn't any jurisdiction over places that they're merely administration of Section 8, but I hear the places they own (income based) are much nicer and they throw out druggies constantly as well as have security in the places I have visited. I may have to give up my certificate just to live somewhat decently. I hope to leave this dump very soon! All stairway lights are out, poles lights come and go but we do not warrent feeling secure! Go inside at dark and g-d forbid try to go up or down the steps! Only if residents pay for light to be on by their doors can one see to get down or up to from second level! You're poor, fall down and be mire debilitated than I! I made the mistake of moving home after absence from 1968 to 2013. Smh sad..... I may have a medical condition that is taking my teeth away but I've not much more in common with these sad people nor their poor living conditions. I grew up in affordable housing being without parents (cancer & fire NOT drugs!) and we had a pool, FT RESIDENT Mgr. and Maintenance as well as a groundskeeper! I thought the Capital of my home state would be at least within 20 yrs of where I was raised! The place is gorgeous before you ride down into its belly! Do not get sick and come home if from here! Only good thing is I live 1/4 of a mile from Jewish Cemetery. Yep, Cancer got me too!
I am a resident of Napoleon Senior Housing, a new development in Napoleon, OH. The management here is of the poorest caliber. The maintenance is almost non-existent and the property managers are poorly trained and could use a course in customer relations / service. Have I made a mistake in moving here?
