Got this job through a temp hiring company and worked there for almost 6 months. Was told after3 months that i would get hired on. Well 3 months rolls around and they start telling me they are going to hire me on blah blah blah 6 months rolls around and still through the temp company. Everyone that works there also shocked that im not a RLD emploee by now i think. And pretty much just got used and 6 months later missed one day and get a text saying we no longer need your services and they requested someone else from the temp company and i KNOW it was not because of poor performance but Even after after many hours and dollars of my own money spent making a nice sign with the company logo to give them for a xmas gift. Other than getting used and told to kick rocks for 1 absence during a family tradgedy the hours are great the guys that work there are pretty nice and the pay is ok and also they let you take home scrap materials but Prepare to be a slave though. I thought it was a good place to work and the managment was alright and they were my friends but they fooled me. Thanx again RLD. Way to show your workers your appreciation and thanks for the opportunity to go absolutely no where. And you have to pay for your own benifits out of your pocket if you do get lucky enough to get hired on but i was told they wouldnt hire me "for no good reason at all" exact words from the boss.
