Place is dirty and the staff are unhelpful. Be prepared to walk to the strip as the "shuttle" is rarely running or available. No room service. No amenities. Spend a little extra and stay at a casino hotel. Even the Flamingo is better than this place.

My wife was in Vegas for work and I brought our HS/college age kids to meet her afterward for a few days of fun. Our plan was to stay in the Paris Hotel one night and then switch to this cheaper option. But we canceled and stuck with Paris mostly because of the location. This hotel seems very close to the strip but I drove by it and found it to be weirdly isolated. If you want to do stuff on the strip, I'd suggest get a hotel on the strip. The extra nights I booked at the last minute for Paris ended up being actually cheaper than the rooms I had reserved here, too. Glad we stuck with Paris.

Clean, plenty of parking, staff was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Location was a bit off strip but use their convienent shuttle bus. Reasonable price as well. Will return.

Honestly, it was pretty sad. They didn't come clean our room at all during our 3 night stay. The price just isn't reasonable since it's not even on the Strip. They say it's a block away, but that's very deceptive. It takes at least 15 More

I really enjoyed my stay here. This place has 5 pools, 5 hot tubs, game room, restaurant and marketplace on site. I stayed in the King Signature Collection room which has state of the art appliances and decor. All amenities were provided daily from espresso coffee, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, soap, sponge, dish detergent, etc... Home away from home with a vacation feel.

Literally hours after I left them a 5 star review, I took a shower before getting married that evening. Pull the towel off after drying myself off and find blood on the towel. Guess what.. NOT MY BLOOD!!! I went to the restroom and checked myself... no blood coming from me anywhere. Called the front desk after immediately taking another longer shower, they gave me fresh towels and compensated me a whole $25 for the inconvenience. When I asked to speak with a manager, they told me there wasn't one on duty. It was 7PM. How is there not a single manager anywhere for me to speak to? I still have yet to get a call back from them to figure this out from 1/26/18. I'll always remember the day I got married by being completely disgusted by someone else's blood being rubbed on me, and the only thing they had to say was here's $25 to the bar, sorry and congratulations. Thanks Holiday Inn. Worst and best night of my life.

Wow, location is spectacular...a little oasis amid Las Vegas Strip glitz. Quiet, protected, beautifully landscaped apartment-type suites with all the suite amenities
Easily Uber-able, numerous pools, gas grills, activities, and safe walking. Even better that it is a RCI exchange venue.. highly recommended for a Las Vegas 6-10 day stay...

Suite is spacious, well appointed and nicely decorated. Full kitchen with appropriate dishes, cutlery, glasses and cookware. Large bathroom with separate water closet, and accessible from both living area and bedroom. Pools are very nice, one in each pod of units. Very close to the strip. Shuttle service to strip is somewhat limited and none to airport. Toiletries only adequate. Free parking. Check-in staff friendly but they make you go to the resort staff for your parking pass and then they try to sell you on going to a resort pitch. Not overbearing though. Overall a GREAT place for a family vacation!

Rooms are clean and service is very positive. If you are looking for a place to make your home for a night this would be a good choice. If I am looking for something that is fun and exciting I would choose here almost every time.

Only issue is the cost of drinks and games at time are pretty excessive. This is probably no different then other places near by, but isn't the perfect resort that I am looking for.

Matthew Euretig is an amazing guy, he took the time to give me a personal welcome tour. Holiday Inn Club is lucky to have him working for them I see great things coming his way someday. The resort was really close to strip and the night life. It is an oasis from partying, the pools and rooms beat the strip.

Worked great for us during a soccer tournament weekend. Had problems with electronic door keys not working. Inconvenience to have to go all the way to the front desk every time to exchange keys.

It's off the strip. Can see where it would be quiet without the nearby construction. Do not suggest walking the area at night.
We had a two bedroom suite which fit our family perfectly. Kitchen was great.

Stayed in two Bdrm Villa. It was a nice room. Clean and plenty of room. The staff were all friendly very helpful. It's located close enough to the strip that walking there is easily done if able bodied.

A beautiful place where they give you a luxury room at a great price for the area. In addition to the room that is a home with everything you could wish for, you can enjoy many comforts such as the gym and the swimming pool, not to mention the hot water whirlpool that is on a common area in the middle of the residence

Noisy (really noisy!) air conditioner outside the building made the moments on the balcony not so enjoyable as it could have been. And the queue for breakfast were terrible - there was a day we resigned from the breakfast not to wait like half an hour to be seated. And the wifi - was terrible.

The room was spacious and the beds were real king-size and very comfortable. For the price you get real good quality. The hotel is located in a short walk distance to the strip.

Although I had a very decorative clean & roomy accommodations, I was a little unhappy with my stay, well a lot unhappy, First my fridge never got really cold or produced ice, maintenance came to repair but never did fix the problem, second my patio screen door was falling off the track, maintenance did come repair that, third I had my privacy invaded by housekeeping waltzing in my apartment... lastly after leaving a huge make up bag at the property, housekeeping does not seem to know what happened to it!
The property was clean...
Staff was friendly, a little shady in not returning the guest property and Im sure thats their perks of the job
Even though they have a clear to see lost and found policy of them holding your left behind things...
Property was very safe and secure...
Not sure if I would want to stay there in the future for these reasons

The response from the hotel still does not recognize my issue nor calling & complaining

Great

The room was nice. We had a 1 bedroom unit with a kitchen living room combined. It also had a patio with a washer and dryer in an associated room off the patio. The living room had a gas log fireplace that was nice on chilly evenings. Be aware that it is about a 20-30 minuted walk to the Las Vegas Strip. All of the resort staff including front desk, baggage handlers and shuttle drivers were very friendly and professional. The only real negative was a strong arm type sales presentation trying to get you to purchase a time share with Holiday Inn Vacations Group. It was such a turnoff that I would not stay here again if it required attending a sales presentation.

We have been a signature owner for since 2013 and have only had the best experience at this resort. The staff is friendly and take care of any requests promptly. Have stayed at several of the different rooms and have NEVER encountered anything negative be it a bug, uncomfortable bed, etc.
I can't imagine ANYONE giving this resort anything less than 5 stars.

I have stayed at this resort twice. The resort is nice and it is just a couple of blocks off of the strip. You can see the giant ferris wheel from the resort entrance. If your condo faces the strip, be prepared for police sirens to scream by fairly often. The concierge is very helpful in the check-in lobby. The resort offers free shuttle services to a few of the hotels along the strip. Be sure to follow the shuttle schedule pick-up and drop-off times precisely as scheduled. There is a tiny convenience store downstairs from the check-in lobby. I was able to get some snacks and breakfast food to cook in the condo. There is a bar/restaurant on site, but I did not care for the food. The main pool area was nice and I enjoyed lounging around the pool with a good book, but it was very noisy due to many children. The one thing that really annoyed me was that several times during my one-week stay, the card reader on the condo door stopped working properly. Several times I went to the front desk (always when coming in late after I had been out to a show) and had to wait for someone to help me get in to the condo. It was frustrating, but all in all it was a decent place to stay if you want to stay close to the strip, but not on the strip. The strip is within walking distance, and the closest Casino is the Flamingo. Parking at the resort was right in front of your condo, so very convenient if you are driving your own vehicle while in town. The resort offers shuttle service to and from the airport in the event you are without a car. The price was very reasonable and the service convenient, and I was able to reserve my return trip to the airport when I first used the shuttle to get to the resort .

Gorgeous place, really not too much pressure. We said no and still got all of our hotel reimbursements and prizes and such. We actually signed up to go again because the program sounds like a cool idea. It is a lot of money but could potentially be worth it depending on your travel desires.
