Disappointed for the new Poly Building service tod...

Disappointed for the new Poly Building service today. There is only one insurance cashier and the service is really long, 50 minutes just waiting in line to list the doctors. In the end the doctor was gone. As if there is no connection between the register cashier and the doctor's office. From the front (Satpam) when we took the ticket, we should have been asked which doctor. So, the register cashier and the doctor's office already know that there will be patients. If indeed the doctor feels it is sufficient to accept the patient, so just close the system & continue the examination for patients who have just registered .. So from the beginning the other patients are not "tricked" to take numbers, lists, etc.
1 patient before me also experienced a similar one, waiting a long turn finally only informed today the doctor came home early, please return tomorrow.

Add operators at the insurance cashier. The number of insurance patients is also a lot. If there is only one operator plus the old service, just get ready, more and more patients are disappointed.

Whereas in the past when Poli was old, the service could be fast.

but what a pity the service is very bad.. they employ old people to be nurses, cashier, and receptionist which are very slow, not so smart, and lazy to work.. even only to answer the patient's question..

The most important thing to be treated in the hosp...

The most important thing to be treated in the hospital is that we can recover without being 'scratched' at super expensive prices.
In this hospital a lot of relatives, friends etc. even though critically ill but always able to get out safely. I think because of many factors:

1. The sisters are all nimble (all the sisters are mostly lamas2)
Which means they have experienced and professionals deal with many kinds of patients. Because experience is needed
Every 2 hours the sisters always check, the night also checks. So even if the patient does not have any care, it will still be OK if left

2. Doctors here are professionals
Most doctors here are professional. Overall hanpir all good

3. The hospital is crowded
The hospital is crowded, so I don't think he needs to 'scratch' the patient to make any actions so as to incur unnecessary costs. They always make sensible decisions according to the needs of patients, unlike 1 hospital in South Sby, where most of my relatives / friends there certainly did not survive / misdiagnosed and eventually moved. Cmn good building

4. There is a prayer service
No matter what religion we are, but praying is very important. Many patients who enter may not have a religion, here we can pray catholically, at least we can make a heart of peace so that it makes the healing process faster.

Weakness,
1. Ancient buildings
Even though there is a new level 3 building, but it still feels old. The Rs will build a new 7-storey building, hopefully it is much more modern, so it can be more crowded

2. Little parking
If you come here, it is best for morning or evening (not visiting hours) or parking a lot. But we as guests want to visit, better oakai driver or taxi

Overall,
I still choose this hospital if I am sick, because my primary goal is to recover. It's useless if the new building is good, the doctor is clever but if the new team of nurses has no stupid experience, it can still make the patient's condition worsen. So in this hospital besides being a clever doctor, his team of nurses is very meticulous and nimble. Thanks for RKZ !!!

Building ia good well maintain but the service and their helpfullness was very unsatisfied and not patient oriented, we were supposed to check out on the afternoon, but we have to wait for the all the administration things and wait till around 10 pm , and thats because we keep asking regulary every hour to the nurses, chasing them, where is the stuck process, whats keeping so long, and everybody said its the procedure or SOP especially take quite a time with insurance. Thank you for the valuable experience i learn from here.

Unfortunately Daddy misdiagnosed here, so he had to undergo unnecessary surgery. Some bones even without iron.

My dad was diagnosed with Cordoma, a benign bone tumor in a difficult place to take. February 1 2019, papa operated for 8 hours kurleb. Now that's 4, Dr. comes out and says "it's not Cordoma."

Then we were directed to Dr. Oncology at Siloam Hospital, only to find out that papa multiple myeloma, blood cancer. After siloam, we brought the father to Penang, and there we know that the operation of the iron plug in the papa's bones, the operation that does not need to be done.

this is the only hospital in Surabaya that prioritizes service. The doctors & nurses are quite nimble & professional, although the building is old but quite well maintained & clean, it is very recommended. There are suggestions for the administration if the service is very bad, it seems chaotic & lacks coordination with the insurance. Even though I use insurance ... and even that private insurance premium class of the card also caslhes where all the hospital bill costs have been paid (onbill). This experience naturally took me 6 hours to take care of the patient home !!! Really extraordinary !!! Even though in other hospitals to return the patient by takes a maximum of 30 minutes
From the review of nitizen comments from year to year in this column, it seems that the administrative staff of RKZ do not want to fix their performance !!!. It is unfortunate that the services of doctors & nurses who are very good & professional "CLOSED" with the service of administrative staff that is very bad & chaotic
