Disappointed for the new Poly Building service tod...

Disappointed for the new Poly Building service today. There is only one insurance cashier and the service is really long, 50 minutes just waiting in line to list the doctors. In the end the doctor was gone. As if there is no connection between the register cashier and the doctor's office. From the front (Satpam) when we took the ticket, we should have been asked which doctor. So, the register cashier and the doctor's office already know that there will be patients. If indeed the doctor feels it is sufficient to accept the patient, so just close the system & continue the examination for patients who have just registered .. So from the beginning the other patients are not "tricked" to take numbers, lists, etc.
1 patient before me also experienced a similar one, waiting a long turn finally only informed today the doctor came home early, please return tomorrow.

Add operators at the insurance cashier. The number of insurance patients is also a lot. If there is only one operator plus the old service, just get ready, more and more patients are disappointed.

Whereas in the past when Poli was old, the service could be fast.
