Very quick loading, nice personal. Easy found place

Total disaster long waiting for a shop window. The unloading windows do not take into account at all and at the same time they require it

There is nothing to cheat. Advice is always needed here otherwise they will not unload. I was at 6 am and it turned out I have a notice but at 18. Nice service.

Delivery of 5 pallets, over an hour and still waiting.

Bit tight but not a bad turnaround time,about an hour.

The toilet are wonderful and the coffee machines tastes like the toilets but apart from that the staff for professional

Reception very bad, rotten parking, no outdoor parking, it's hard to believe that we are dealing with a carrier.

A wonderful place. They are bookings which do not keep up but require punctuality. You can spend between 1 and 7 hours and even 8 hours. From what I know, the company can not do a daily pause so it's better to have a spare time. Services in the office and in the warehouse mila.pamietajcie about the vest and shoes. On the road to the company (road A20) on the bays is a night prohibition to stand. On the premises of the company is a toilet. I have not seen the shower.

(Jill not jOhn) lenham Lorry driver saw me on the road where I was stuck beside my car road side. Lorry powered past me on a bend without slowing despite being in a 30MPH road and despite seeing a person in the road with no means of escape. Lorry had ample time to slow and adjust driving to navigate safely around me but chose not to. Lorry increased speed towards me and As it cornered the bend the back end of the lorry got closer and came within an inch of my body almost crushing me to death. The driver did not once slow or moderate his driving. I believed I was going to die and have felt very ill with shock since. Since the incident was witnessed and covered by CCTV i will be taking the matter further.(ashford road,, bethersden 12.40pm)

An office full of specialists, no one has any idea about driving time rules. Traffic jams? What? Accident? Whaaat? You need to take a rest? What the hell!

Visited professionally for a collection. The site is huge and sprawling, however staff are very unhelpful and starry-eyed. It's 2018 but you would think it was the 50's on that site. Just make sure you send your most Caucasian drivers, someone who looks the fit and maybe just maybe they will try to deal with them a little more professionally. If my company can avoid theirs we will!

Good bunch of lads, flt driver was pretty quick. Was in and out within the hour. Few laybys not far away from the place what's pretty useful if needed...

Strange little place. Not enough signage for visiting drivers. You drive in past a terrace of houses and you're expected to know where to park up and how to find their office. (Some)Friendly staff and clean toilets though.

Can't fault this place. Exceptionally friendly staff in the office. Always book me in with a cheery smile. Always a nice quick tip too, and very jolly unloaders that are clearly happy to work in this joyous warehousing complex.

But love a bit of paperwork, could get finished in half the time.

It's a Storage facility . Nothing to get excited about .. It's great if you need somewhere to keep 500 boxes of crisps and your garden shed just ain't big enough..

The driver who forced his way out of lane one Into lane two of the Maidstone bound carriageway of the A249 at danaway without checking his mirror and causing me to brake to avoid a collision should go back and take his test again before he kills somebody ...if they throw Thier trucks around like that would YOU trust your goods with this company?..I wouldn't

Only an hours tip took 3 hours to do it after they organised the staff that were not on a break nearly run out of hours on a Friday

A very busy place have worked here and now deliver to them

A twisted location with no guide maps. Sour and grumpy office staff. The guys who download you are friendly. You have nowhere to leave the truck to go to the office, tb to do as you can. If you receive ramp 16, give up, you have nowhere to turn to position yourself with your back to the ramp. An idiot company, but I'll give you the covid form at the gate

Not a bad place to collect for Tesco 2 hours ish but office staff can be a bit slow and just look at you like there is no one there

Tight ... parking problem ... treat the visitor as a necessary evil .. I have a very bad opinion about this "something" which is like a company. The "manager" from the loading warehouse is an outbreak today by his behavior and hypocrisy. The bottom.

Booking at 6 o'clock. He sent me out. Up to 7 hours. No parking. Half were still checking ...... I was losing 1 hour and 20 minutes ..... GROZA

It is true that the bays are located in different places, but the whole thing is OK

Helpful and cheerful staff. Tidy and organised depot. Fleet vehicles smart, security gate staff very vigilant and observant

Found the staff to be considerate, friendly and helpful. Very busy yard so don't be afraid to ask for help and/or assistance.

As a truck driver I do not comment, I only rate based on my personal experience.
