Poor facilities, toilets for small patient family members, no tissue, no soap, trash cans inside sometimes don't exist & toilets are mixed with gender and even then the toilet room is attached & very few cubicles. There are no toilets for disabilities near the ICU at all
Moreover, the ICU waiting room, where you plug in the cable is only 1 place on the wall, even then you can't use an additional socket, if you use a laptop, which one can make while doing various tasks + take care of the patient and the table to plug it in so small that someone's cellphone charging at the table is thrown to unplug the charger, even though the ICU down payment fee of Rp. 40 million does not include doctor's actions, medication, hospitalization, x-rays, monitors, IGD, etc. it uses personal money, not BPJS

The waiting room chair is also not good, it makes you sick even though it is for waiting / guarding all day,

Hospitalization during the Covid Pandemic

After a week just moved to the inpatient room based on its class & the space is much worse (class 1 B, 2, 3) than the transition room

Re. General Check Up at RKZ
I decided to try general check-up at this hospital because the quality of the doctors and nurses was very good, but there are some things that I think need to be addressed as follows:

1. For the general process, the check-up is very long (even though it has an appointment) should be arranged in such a way that the patient does not have to queue again with the general patient (the time is just to queue in several examination rooms, while checking only takes + / - 5-10 minutes only).
2. Move to move location check in some very far poly place.
3. Lunch is placed in a small crackle bag, rice is put diplomatically thin with small plastic spoons and soup soup is paper-based (according to sy less suitable with the general cost of platinum 1 check up at Rp. 4,588,000).

The total general check up time is from 6:45 a.m. to 1:40 p.m. I think it is too long compared to the general check up on me in several other places with the same examination.

Can't emphasize enough on the staffs! Most nurses i asked worked for over 20 years. Even the cleaning services are helpful and super clean (not like other hospital they know nothing n just being ignorant). I chose this hospital for delivery and it was a great experience with the staffs. The greeneries (park) maybe the biggest n its good for recovery i guess. The hospital price was also fair. The downside is just limited parking space and buildings felt a bit old (but i heard they're renovating and making new buildings lately) . Overall, great hospital with great resources.
