My favorite place the perfect place for tranquility and peace....massages are awesome staff is great..

I make a point to come everytime I'm in town. Great ambience. I've had several different Massage Therapists and each of them have been fantastic, delivering a relaxing deep tissue massage that relieves tension in my shoulders. Bring your swimsuit so you can enjoy the lanai area.

My only wish would be for larger indoor seating area to relax post massage, where there wasn't so much foot traffic and conversation. But not having that will not deter me from coming back.

This spa is very nice and has everything you need. Staff was great lots amenities pool area was fantastic with it s relaxing waterfall. Highly recommend

This place was great, enjoyed the day with my wife. The staff is outstanding. Planning on making this happen more often.

Heaven on earth. Best facials anywhere. I have been coming here for 10 years with my Mom and BFFs. Make a day of it and enjoy the hot pools and waterfall.

I have been to several spas from Volusia County to Orlando and none compare to riverview. The atmosphere is incredible and beyond relaxing. I highly recommend!

Great staff, the massage therapists are wonderful, always walk out feel like a load had been taken off my shoulders. They know their business and do it well!

Excellent high end service spa, go yearly for their deep tissue massage and always walk away learning something new.. and that I need more massages!

Not only did I feel uncomfortable from the minute I met the woman scheduled to do my massage, but she seemed inconvenienced by my lack of experience (never before going to a spa). She went above and beyond to belittle me during a 40 minute conversation which included rude questions about my personal life and snide comments about my body composition. The cherry on top was a weak excuse for a massage, let alone a "Deep Tissue Massage". My girlfriend went in for a facial and was greeted by the same behavior I received. Inconsiderate, in a hurry and down right rude.
Never again will I pay for any services/products provided by this place and will be recommending to all I know to RUN AWAY.

This was the loveliest thing I've ever been in. So much attention to detail. Just had a pedicure but they wrapped warm towels around my neck and change them when they got cool. You're able to sit around the pool for as long as you want with a glass of wine and all different kinds of cold Waters. They delivered lunch poolside. I just can't say enough about how kind and attentive all the people were

The Spa is truly an oasis of relaxation and always a fun way to rendezvous with friends. Lunch poolside, you can't beat it. Standing under a waterfall that massages your back and shoulders.. heaven! The massage therapists.. the best. But my favorite thing of all..the staff ALWAYS friendly, professional, and dedicated in making you feel like "Queen for a Day!" I love this place!!!

Great service, ambiance, etc. However if you are seated next to a chatterbox a pedicure is not a relaxing experience.

Would not recommend. Our massage was very rushed, and they ended it 10 minutes early, and extremely overpriced for the service they provide. Not all it s cracked up to be here!

Worst massage I have ever had. I have been going to Riverview for a few years, and yesterday had the worst massage I have ever had. Ever. Anywhere. Left with all the muscle tension and tightness that I came in with, and add to that spending $100+ for feeling like I had not even had a massage. Time to find a new place!

It is always a pleasure to have some type of treatment and then enjoy the therapeutic mineral pool & spa. The mineral pool is body temperature and the spa is just a tad hotter. They're both awesome. Highly recommend!

Loved it. I had a full mani and pedi. I didn't have any massages or facials done but my friends did and said it was wonderful. The staff was friendly and if you didn't know what to do they helped you along too. I would definitely go back again.

Great place to grab a massage and hang in the hot tubs. Very clean and comfortable. Mainly female staff.

A little pricey, but still a great value when you consider the accommodations they provide. The mineral pool is amazing and Melissa was unbelievable for my girls facial treatment!

Kate (behind the counter) was so helpful! She helped me get a change to my reservation done with ease, and I can t say anything bad about this location! Amazing staff, amazing atmosphere, love love love.

I had a fabulous time for my first visit to The Spa at Riverview! Amazing ladies from the time you walk in through the time you leave! Everyone wears a smile and is there to make sure you are completely relaxed and enjoying your experience! Shout out to Denise, my Esthetician, your hands are magical and my face is just amazing. Thank you for restoring my moisture and the lift! My skin has not felt this remarkable in years!!!!

I'm 63 had my first pedicure. Shannon was patient very good. I loved it . Will be coming back. Renee at front desk very helpful. Great experiance. You feel wonderful with pools. Setting is tranquil and tropical

It was my first massage at the riverview spa and I highly enjoyed it. I had the 50minute massage with the hot stones. Very enjoyable. I liked the pool spa afterwards also and the glass of wine was nice too! It was a fun girls morning with my two friends from out of town!

Really couldn't ask for more. Great ambiance. Great facility, knowledgeable and skilled staff. Definitely recommended!

Amazing Spa! Services are priced nicely. Amenities are great and the people there are some accommodating and a pleasure to be around.

Highly recommend!!! We had a half day spa and each service was SO good. Best facial and massage I have ever had. Beautiful pool area, relaxing. Lunch was delicious too. Definitely will be back when I visit!!

My favorite little self-care space! Even just being at the spa puts me a in relaxed mood. I love their hot stone massage and try to get one as often as I can. Doing one every month doesn't always fit my budget, but the atmosphere with the relaxing tones and the outdoor pool area makes the spa somewhere I try to get to at least once each month so I try to alternate my experiences with a full service one month and a buff and polish {nail polish change only} on my toes another. Thank you for creating an atmosphere I want to keep coming back to!

I recently had a pedicure here and it was the best I have ever received! The facility was luxurious and all of the staff was attentive and accommodating. I loved their products and was able to purchase some from their gift shop. I ll be back with friends!

We just can t rave enough about the Riverview Spa. It s become our annual Anniversary spot, & we look forward to our day of pampering all year long. The relaxing ambiance, professional staff & amazing services will literally have you on cloud 9. This year, my masseuse Tatiana had me fast asleep as she rubbed away every inch of stress in my body. Tonya gave me an incredible facial & shared some wonderful tips & I had great conversation with Jamie while she spoiled my feet with a pedicure (congratulations on your upcoming bundle of joy!). From Tonja at check in to Alyssa checking on our every need while we lounged by the mineral pools, the service at The Spa is top notch. We always feel like family. Cannot WAIT until next year. The ambiance is nice, however, if I m paying $90 for a massage I expect a quality massage. My masseuse (who never introduced herself) barely used any pressure and didn t ask throughout the entire massage how the pressure was. She didn t work out any tension in my upper back even though I specifically requested it before we began. It felt like she was just slathering oil all over my back and rubbing it around for 45 minutes. They were also 10 minutes late starting my appointment so I m not actually sure if I got the whole 60 minutes. The pool was nice and the lunch was delicious, though expensive. For a Monday in November the place was also packed and there weren t enough chairs for everyone by the pool. If it s a good massage you are looking for, go elsewhere.

I've worked in the spa industry for 10+ years and I absolutely loved the spa at riverview. It is such a tranquil facility with great treatments and a stellar staff.

My husband and I had a couples massage and it was the greatest thing ever!!! I can't wait to go back!!!

What a wonderful day spa this place is! Everything was fantastic from the moment we walked in to the time we left. The spa is lovely and inviting and the staff very attentive, warm and sincere. I took a dear friend for her birthday and we did the couples package which was very reasonable and an amazing bang for the buck! We each had a 90 minute massage, swim in the pool with a delicious lunch,champagne, wine, chocolate covered strawberries and finishing off with a pedicure. This was my first trip but surely not my last. If you re looking for a fun girls day away treat yourself to a spa day at Riverview. You ll be so happy you did! Can t wait to book another one soon! Job well done to all staff!

I had the perfect surprise weekend for my Mother planned for her 60th Birthday and they completely ruined it. The spa at Riverview messed up my entire reservation. I bought a package for us to stay the night at the hotel and get massages. I made it quite clear that I wanted the reservation the night that we checked in. They made it for the next day when we weren't even going to be in town. When they called to confirm the appointment they were so incredibly rude insisting it was my fault. They refused to do anything to help me and just directed me to the hotel. I will NEVER use this Spa ever. DO NOT GO HERE.

Welcoming. My husband had the massage and I had a facial both had a FABULOUS experience. The hot pools prior to our services only enhanced the experience.

Best spa in NSB or Volusia county hands down. Been going to riverview spa for years. So relaxing and perfect. Spent countless mother s days, birthdays, bachelorette weekends here. Just perfect and everything you hope a spa day would be. Even compared to a couple high end Miami resort spas, I d choose Riverview any day. My happy place.

Literally could not have tried to have a more perfect day. Everything was wonderful. Started with a couples pedicure, amazing. From there, couples massages which were out of this world! The massage therapists were the best we've had. After that, hung out by the gorgeous spas they have, one heated, one not at the moment. We ordered lunch which they presented to us on an adorable little table (in the shade ) to eat. The server was attentive and quick. Just an absolutely perfect day and cannot wait to go back.

Absolutely amazing spa. The entire staff is so nice and pleasant they made me and my girlfriend's experience a wonderful and memorable one.

This is the best spa I have ever been to they have manicures pedicures a lot of different kinds of massage a waterfall that is heated that you can stand under after your massage they give you wine there's a menu and it's right down in the heart of New Smyrna Beach on Flagler Avenue. It is totally worth the time to check it out

This was my second experience at the Spa within two months. From the moment I checked the stress just melt away because Megan was so friendly courteous and extremely helpful throughout my entire 5 hour stay.

Really not that great.... and super overpriced. Pools outside not good. Have been to real mineral pools and the ones at spa don t even compare.

Used to get a hand & foot massage...now they just put lotion on. No massage. Disappointing. Also lots of RULES.

The best spa experience. Staying local feels like a getaway to a tropical isle.

Prices increased... and amenities reduced. Had massage with oil.. no showers open after.. pool hrs limited to 1 hr. And therapist ignored my requests and did her normal routine

I cannot begin to say enough about the spa at Riverview. I have to first say the 2019 was not easy year. My husband and I were trying to sell our house up north & it took it extremely long time mishaps & A lot of stress. We finally made the big move down to NSB. We love it here what s not to love. we moved here in November and we were going to do much for Christmas But my wonderful husband gave me a gift certificate for a all day spa day.. He had never done this in 15 years. I think he realized I need need it. I made the appointment for January to start off the new year. The moment I walked in I was blown away how beautiful the place was. The massage the Tanya gave me was amazing. I was so tight and so tense. She got rid of all the knots. I felt like butter afterwards.The facial was fabulous. Marin gave the best pedicure and manicure I probably ever got. This was the day was not just about getting pampered & relaxation But a sense of kinship. In between services to be able to relax in the hot tub and have lunch with such a treat. I felt like a queen for the day. Thank you

I ve had so many deep tissue massages and I HAVE to say that Mary is the absolute best! She was so knowledgeable in treating my problem areas and gave me the info I needed to maintain and take care of my body between sessions. I was in so much pain before I came in -I m now on cloud nine! I haven t felt this good in years!

If you want a very classy place that offers very good services this is the place. The people could not be nicer.

The staff here are phenomenal... Never had a bad massage or pedicure. Cynthia and Elizabeth are great massage therapist. Samantha is the perfect nail tech. Clean and very calming there.

The staff took such great care of my wife and I for our 21st wedding anniversary. Hurricane Irma ruined our 20th. This experience definitely helped make up for that! Thank you staff at Spa at Riverview!!

Great staff and a wonderfully relaxing environment!! I would not recommend their lunch menu though. It's from the restaurant next door which is owned by someone else, has a ridiculously priced and limited menu that does not taste that great.

I have only been there 2 times but each time was an excellent experience.

Heaven on Earth! I had the head to toe package. The hot stone massage was the best ever. Relaxed by the mineral pool with lite lunch and wine before mani pedi. Mani pedi comes complete with hand and hot stone foot massage. Staff is delightful. They bring relaxation and joy to a spa experience. Products are high end and make your skin hydrated and soft. Hot stone massage took away rotater cuff pain. I will return often!

Excellent spa experience! As an avid spa-goer, this quaint spa hit all the important marks. Relaxing atmosphere, beautiful outdoor space, great spa gift shop, and friendly staff. I had an amazing prenatal massage with Cynthia and was surprised upon checkout with a Riverview Spa baby onesie! Such a thoughtful and relaxing experience, I will be visiting them from now on each time I am in town.

I am very disappointed in knowing that my Credit Card information was saved from a visit 6 months ago and used without my knowledge. The only thing the manager could say "I am sorry I don't know how this could happen", while another person said, "our old system we kept cards on file and the new system we don't". Yes they are going to fix it, after I called three times because no one called to follow up. My visit was a surprise gift for me that was supposed to have been paid with the card that was given at the time of the reservation under the person who got the gift for me. Very disappointment in the way it is being handle and my information was kept on file without my authorization.

One of my best friends introduced me to this amazing spa. Now I'm hooked! Everyone was wonderful and we felt so pampered all day. The pools were unbelievably relaxing. The pedicure was comfortable, calm, and it smelled delicious in there compared to most nail salons. NO CHEMICALS! I absolutely loved all of it! If I had to give one suggestion, it would be to have more vegan meals (including vegan butter and cheeses) and more vegan products (i.e. nail polish). I'm so thankful you guys had some vegan products where most places do not. Very happy lady! We will be back... and soon.

I come here often for facials and message and wanted to try a pedicure. The pedicure was ok. I asked her to touch up a couple of areas where polish was on my skin and I could see the whites of my nails where polish was missed. She told me she "knew i was going to be picky"! How rude! I took pics of my toes right after while I am still at the spa. It looks bad. What do I do when she already called me picky! Never getting a pedicure here again. Buyer beware.

I went with a friend and got what were supposed to be deep tissue massages. It was more like a gentle backrub. Not unpleasant but not at all what I was expecting, or paid for, for that matter. The place itself is quite nice with a hot tub and swimming pool. It is probably geared more toward being an experience whereas I just wanted a good massage.
