I am very disappointed in knowing that my Credit Card information was saved from a visit 6 months ago and used without my knowledge. The only thing the manager could say "I am sorry I don't know how this could happen", while another person said, "our old system we kept cards on file and the new system we don't". Yes they are going to fix it, after I called three times because no one called to follow up. My visit was a surprise gift for me that was supposed to have been paid with the card that was given at the time of the reservation under the person who got the gift for me. Very disappointment in the way it is being handle and my information was kept on file without my authorization.
