Tony did a nice job taking interest in making all smooth and nice. When I return soon for the appointment to have couple items to be done that requires a set-up time I could chose to wat or if more time is need a loner car is provided. The sales person is helpful and concerned to the best of his capacity. Riverside Chevrolet is concerned in pleasing and keeping the customer happy. I can post a pic after the clear bra and black center caps are installed plus the car is clean. OK

I've bought numerous cars in the past and my experience with Riverside Chevrolet was second to none. After a terrible experience at Mark Christopher Chevy in Ontario, the people I dealt with at Riverside Chevy were very professional friendly and straightforward. They patiently waited for me to make a decision and even though they closed at 9, three of them left at midnight waiting with me to sign the paperwork and get my new car detailed and washed. I walked out happy with my brand new ZL1 Camaro. I will be coming back to them for my next vehicle.

Paid for oil change and tire rotation, because i had marked my tire due to leakage, seen it was in the same position as before.. i called and asked if they rotated my tires and was told yes. I paid for a service they didnt do. Theu didnt rotate them at all. Who even knows if they changed my oil... got a refund and wont go back again..

Steve has worked with us personally every time we have come in for services. He greets us with a smiling face and treats us like family. His knowledge and efficiency has impressed us so much that we seek him out when we come in. Everyone at Riverside Chevrolet is friendly and they jump quickly to get the services you need. There s even an employee that comes and says hi to us when we are in their lobby. We are so happy with the service that my husband said our next Car will be with them as well, because of their service. Thanks Steve and to the whole team!

I am really glad I took my truck to this dealership for warranty issues. Brian in the service Dept was terrific! This was my first time at this dealership and from my experience it will not be my last. This was a great experience as compared to some other dealerships I have been to. I definitely recommend these guys and see Brian when you need your service!!!!

Lemon Peddler Warning Terrible experience so far. I was sold a used truck by these guys and got a complete lemon. Where is my truck? Its been in service center since July 24th. Now I keep getting jerked around by Tony in sales and James in service. No repairs are being made. I get the truck back and same check engine code Every-time within a couple days. I have had my car for less than 7 days since I purchased it in June. I have never received an update call from James telling what what's wrong with my car and what's being done. Save your money and don't buy a lemon from Riverside Chevy. This truck should have never been sold to me I wish I could give zero stars.

I bought a Chevy Sonic from an independent dealer and since it was a repo, it didn't have the original key fob. I bough the fob and had it cut at another Chevy Dealership, but they wanted $120 to program it. HELL NO!
I stopped in at Singh just to see how much *THEY* would charge. The service guy took the 'fake' key and the new fob, went out to the car, and did it in about 15 seconds. No charge!
I know where I'll be exclusively taking my li'l car for warranty work!

I thought Alfred, our salesman, was very straight ...

I thought Alfred, our salesman, was very straight forward and honest. I appreciated his candor when I was requesting more then what was realistic, at the price point I was willing to spend. The only parts that were a little discerning, was the fact that there was only 1 key and it was such a big hubub to get a second (as I didn't really feel like I should have to pay for a 2nd key), I had to pay an extra $1,390 for the lo jack system that I didn't really want, and NO FLOOR MATS, although I was planning to get aftermarket ones anyway, I always like to have a back up set or at least something until I get my aftermarkets. Alfred was very helpful and genuine, and though the few issues that I had were not really his fault, so much as that's what happens if you go used, granted a 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 Crew Cab with 23,400 miles on it, in late March 2016. On finance, I believe it was Avinder Arneja and though she helped on getting my APR down, I wish things were disclosed to me before the contract printed out (admittedly I was kind of in a hurry as I needed to pickup a 12x12 gazebo from Costco that my wife purchased the day before and would only hold for 1 day and I had about 45 minutes to get there and get it) like the one key and no floor mats ( I didn't realize there weren't any floor mats until the next morning when it was light out enough to see) so if they were able to add the floor mats, it would've earned the fifth star and notched up to the 10 rating, it was my first used car bought from a dealership but with the 840 credit rating helping me get the 2.38% APR and $10,000 cash down, and though we got tow pkg, we didn't haggle on the price, I think floor mats wasn't too much to ask for, apparently it was.
On a side note Melissa set up the tow install and maintenance service due and she really seemed genuine in ensuring that I was satisfied with my new truck and always tried to send me the right way. So it was mostly a good experience, but quit it with the nickle and diming already, because once I get it home there's the seat covers, the bed cover, bug shield, dash cover, etc etc... don't make me buy the stuff that should have come with the truck.

When I brought my wife's car in for the leaking problem inside the car I thought at first it was going to be a costly repair but after I left the car there Brian in the service department called me a few hours later told me what the problem was and assured me that the cause of the problem would be fixed an I was definitely happy that we were able to fix and solve the leak. thank you so very much

David De La Mancha and Ivan Andres from internet sales were easy to work with, very friendly, professional and transparent. Derek in finance was hilarious and made the paperwork easy and even beat the APR of our credit union's auto loan rate. (Don't forget to mention if you are a registered nurse, teacher, military or first responder they will take care of you). We made a deal I was happy with and within the price I wanted to spend for an upgraded model. I had went to other dealers and their prices were substantially higher then that of Riverside Chevrolet and those were for basic models. I ended up buying the 2021 Chevrolet Silverado RST/Z71 and we couldn't be happier. It's so nice and the family loves it, we will be making a lot of memories using the truck to tow our trailer throughout the U.S. We will definitely be back for our future car needs! Thank you Riverside Chevrolet!

I called to order a part. They asked if I could hold? I agreed. I was on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up after 20 minutes. This is why people order online. I thought I would give a local dealer my business, but I dont have the time to sit around and waste just to order a part. Probably not a good idea to answer the phone if you don't even have time to talk to the customer.

My very first car I bought as a teen finally gave out and I needed a new one. My nephew purchase a Chevy Spark at a fantastic price, so I went to the Riverside Chevrolet dealer, where my fiance and I were met by a wonderful salesmen named Alfred. Alfred was very polite, never pushy, and showed me cars that I could afford. When I found the car I wanted, he went over all the ins and outs, warranties, etc.

When it came to the "sit down" part of the experience, Alfred sat with us the whole time, and explained how everything was going to work, he helped us fill out paperwork, and answered all the questions we had, then handed our paperwork to "the other guys," anyone who's bought a car knows this part can take forever, but Alfred was with us the whole time. He showed us around the dealership, showed me where I'd take my car for routine maintenance. Gave us water, and offered us snacks. He introduced us to other salesmen, kept conversation with us, and best of all had us laughing with his sense of humor.

I ended up getting a Spark; at a fantastic deal too. I had a great experience. Everything that I wanted, at a price, and payment I can afford. Alfred, and management really took care of me. Alfred even sat with me to set up OnStar in my new car, to make sure I'd be safe on the road. If you're in need of a new set of wheels, please stop by Riverside Chevrolet and ask for Alfred, he'll take great care of you!

Denny was very helpful, patient, & knowledgeable in my service call. He tried to track down the erratic mistakes in my side mirrors icons. He also worked with me on my Car Play to access the various sources. He was polite, friendly, and listened to & answered my questions, and even sent over another service person to aid me when he was called away. I will return to Riverside Chevrolet for my vehicke s servicing!

Current service included a "airbag recall." It went pretty smooth, however the prior experience did not. I have a 08 Silverado with 64,000 miles on it. The truck is in great shape except for the cracked dash. This is a GM defect that has not been made a "recall" as of yet.
There is "tons" of research and feedback online for this complaint and is very expensive to the owner once the vehicle is out of warranty to repair.
GM has not stood behind their product and has offered no solution or effort to help. Very dissapointed. Will look at other vehicles in the future to purchase........

Their communication sucks. They'll keep promising to call you back in 30 minutes but HOURS will pass and if you dont call them you probably wont hear from them. I've called them so many times it feels like they completely forget about my car until I call to remind them.

The service department here needs soMe real attention. Waited for my car all day AT THE DEALER for an oil change and brake job. Never received an update on the services or what they were doing or found.. Finally I walked up at 5pm to ask for an update, since they close at 6pm, and they said they had to walk back and see what they were doing. I was informed they had just started the services on the car... They had the car since 9:30am! Needless to say I m never gonna bring my car back here again. Over 8 hrs for an oil change and brake job and they didn t even do the brake.... which was the whole reason I brought my car in! What a joke and complete waste of time!

I would recommend the service department to everyone, they were better than 5 stars!, They were fast, friendly , courteous and had my car done within hours, no hassle, no issues. Evan was a great guy, who listened to my issue, and took care of it right away. When I do buy a new car, I would definitely go here.

They have been nothing but a hassle since the purchase of our vehicle. Absolutely terrible communication in the finance department causing us the consumer to have to hunt down loan documents, had to fight to get the gap overage refunded because we find better deal, still don't have a user manual though I was told we'd receive one within days (5 months later, still no manual). check airbag light came on right AFTER hitting 36k miles(36250)... RATHER than be concerned with our family's safety, much less courteous and conscientious business operators, the service department literally made us take up our issue with the national service department (who were in fact courteous, concerned, consumer oriented providers) to schedule a repair. Turns out that there was an airbag timing spring that was "defective." Asked if it was anything we'd done to make it so, no, was defective through no fault of our own. Original Paperwork for the repair estimated $0.01 as our charge. Come to pick up vehicle and Alex says $100 "deductible" due. At no point did anyone from their dealership or their national accounts team mention that there would be a "deductible." when we said we wouldn't pay the $100 Alex, their service manager, told my wife that's fine but let him get his guy to PUT THE DEFECTIVE AIRBAG SENSOR back in the vehicle. SERIOUSLY??!!

Not only will I never step foot on your dealership lot again, I'm making a complaint with the BBC

This place is unorganized from the top down and your money is better spent with truthful, conscientious, people.

Yeah they fixed my transmission. Only thing is the entire front of my truck was covered in grease from their uniforms and hands and also Mark's on the bumper from a grease covered air hose. Little disappointing and unprofessional in my opinion.

I had a horrible experience here at my local chevy dealership. They offer the worse services to their costumers don t ever come here. Their staff is very rude. Not only are they rude but they make you waste time I left my car since 7:30 in the morning around the time they open I was one of the first ones in line for a problem I ve been experiencing with my car I made an appointment ahead of time and in the time frame of 6 hours I got a call back saying they weren t able to figure out what was wrong with my car. It s ridiculous that in a time frame of 6 hours they weren t able to get me a diagnostic because the issue my car has is obvious and it s a struggle it goes through every single day. Not only did I have to cancel work today to be here but they also told me they closed soon and I went online and it said they close their service department at 6 and they claimed they closed weekends and I checked online and it said they open on Saturday s as I was in an office waiting for a manager to come no manager showed up some random worker from Chevy showed up and didn t even say who he was and he wasn t able to resolve my issue I was not the only person waiting to speak to a manager there was someone else waiting to speak to a manager don t ever come here they offer the worse services.

Riverside Chevrolet fixed two things on my car, gratis, that most places wouldn't have bothered to look to see if they could find a warranty issue, etc. As my car was 1000 miles past the warranty period.

I super appreciate the responsiveness, timeliness and friendliness of the staff. They made it very easy. Faisal is great, too!

Best dealership I have ever been to and let me tell you I ve been to a few to make the best decision in buying a car for my of three and counting. They were super nice and very attentive to our needs they weren t pushy about making a sale . Muhammad was our sales man and he was super nice and patient . Definitely recommend it

1st I went in for routine oil change. No one acknowledged me or the people who came after me. The lady was really rude and sighed heavily when a man asked her a question. I waited for my car and drove off in a fair amount of time. The next day the car smelled terrible. I thought maybe they spilled some oil and it was burn off. The car continued to smell, with no visible oil leak on the ground. When I popped the hood I noticed that the oil cap was never put on!! It had bounced around in compararment and was lodged in the corner of the engine block. There was oil all over the engine compartment as well as the underside of the hood. I called and spoke to the service manager Steve. He was very nice and asked me to bring the car in and I would get a rental and the engine cleaned and all components checked. I went back to dealership and the first service advisor I encountered was rude. He had an attitude when I told him I was there to see the service manager and mumbled something and walked off. John King was my original service advisor and he came and talked to me and was very nice and helpful. He took my phone number. After 3 days of not hearing anything I called to find out my car was ready but they were calling the wrong number. So I went to get my car and they bring me a different car...that was not mine. Then they couldn't find my car. I waited 20 minutes before they brought the car as no one seemed to know where it was or what was going on. 1 service advisor came out and was snotty about the car. Needless to say I will not be back nor will I recommend this dealership to anyone I know. Poor service and bad attitudes. John King was great...everyone else, not so much.

I came in to get my car serviced and spoke to Matt Kraft who personally showed me to the service dept and introduced me to Dion. Dion was great, friendly, fast and super knowledgeable. I will never take anyone's advice when they say don't take my car to the dealership to get serviced. While I was waiting on my car to be finished, Matt Kraft showed me a new Cruise and was patient and kind in answering all of my questions. He's a fantastic salesman. Straight and to the point. No typical pushy salesman tactics. I love that. I prefer direct information and direct answers.

I just want to say that the people here are so rude and unfriendly, they act like they do not need or want your business. I wonder if the owner knows how many people have turned away because of the attitude of their staff. The service people all have massive egos and attitudes. I will never try to bring my GM vehicles here again.
