Riverside Casino and Golf Resort Review

Only 3 black jack tables open. Seem to have a hard time finding dealers.

Have visited the spa at Riverside many time. Always a nice peacefully experience. Everyone is super friendly and amenities are wonderful. Love the in spa whirlpool. So peaceful. Most of the time I've been there there's only a few people around. Never crowded. Definitely recommend.

We went for the senior breakfast special on Wednesday morning. The food was varied and delicious. The staff is exceptional and the price is amazing!

Decent casino but under construction now, still a lot of games open

I play the penny machines. I am not looking to hit a million, just win enough to break even. Enjoy the atmosphere, and their food is excellent. Stop by for a good time.

WOW What A Night, Great Entertainment A Must See, Doug Allen Nash and Jewels Kisses!! The Slots Were Hittin, And The Drinks Were Tops. Don't Forget To Start With Dinner, The Food Was Wonderful, And The Presentation Eye Appealing!

Everything on their Sunday buffet was a little overcooked and hard to eat

Beautiful. Rooms are great, grounds are beautiful, no sensory over load.

They never let anyone win,the slots take your money with no return,the bands haven't been any good,food not bad

Great value. The tables are not as expensive as some other casinos.

Miserable. I saw a man asleep in a chair at the ATM. His head was on the ATM! No late night food worth eating. The room's ok.

The service in the restaurant was horrible we had breakfast and dinner there the manager during the day was not professional AT ALL VERY DISRESPECTFUL

The slots are fair but the buffet is a hit or miss on the quality of the food.

Recently attempted to put money on my elite sports book account. The money was taken from my bank account but never made it to my sport book account. I called my bank and they got me a refund. A month later I received a bill from a collection agency in the amount of $20. They said it was because the payment didn't go through because of a stop payment. Elite sports book didn't offer anything other than an apology. Be careful when using this sportsbook. They can be shady.

Great Hotel and Restaurants. I take my son (11.8 yrs old) here for Mom-Son date night. We LOVE crab leg/seafood at Robert s Buffet. The deli (open 24hrs) has great EVERYTHING, like pastries for a midnight snack. Or after swimming in the indoor/outdoor pool! The rooms are beautiful and clean; we really enjoy our stay here, each and every time.

We did not stay as guests at the hotel, we went for the buffet and gambling for New Years. It was a lot of fun! Staff are always friendly

Well I played pia gow the dealers were fun, the floor supervisor was quite boring and standoffish.

I ate at the buffet place for breakfast. Very affordable, great selection of food and very friendly staff. I love the man who makes the omelets. He is so nice.

The concert (outdoors especially) could be set up a little better. I can see if it's comedians or something to have chairs, but concerts.. get rid of them, have it general admission, have your VIP area (to make that extra buck for you), then a sitting area for others on the side. Look at hard rock casino concert set up in souix city. Again, comps, fanplay and rewards could be better. Food is awesome!

Nice clean casino. Rooms are well kept and wait staff at restaurant and hotel very nice. It is a casino so plan on losing money if you gamble. That's what they do.

Newly remodeled. Looks great. Not as smokey as it was before.

Remodeling at the time of my last visit, I understand that had to be done every so often. However when one of the casino floor bars is being remodeled one would hope the other bar had more staff.

Room was very nice and clean, only complaint was that the bathroom door slid and did not have a lock.

It's definitely gone downhill. Payouts were ok, but you can smell smoke throughout the whole casino. Lunch buffet was decent, but the only fish option was fried. Party potatoes were excellent, as were the grilled veggies. Supposedly they are planning to redo much of the casino, but not sure that will help with the smoke problem.

Fairly clean. Some old machines. Expensive food that was just okay. Worker were nice.

I go to Riverside strictly for gambling purposes. The casino itself clean and visually pleasing. Staff is very friendly. Sometimes you win... sometimes you lose.

Not great at all to me. Only 1-2 baccarat tables available. Clean casino but they call the table when you cash in your winnings which is dumb

Under remodeling in 2018 but they put in a new game room which is very nice.

It was a nice casino. Not really my thing. Also my blackjack dealer was grouchy so that sucked.

The staff were nice, my ex boyfriend won some money, it was an alright time. I'm not much of a gambler. The rooms are really cool, I love the showers! The view of the golf course is pretty cool too!

This casino was the tightest casino I have been to. Payouts are terrible.I will not ever go back there.

I went to see Scotty McCreery and it was absolutely awesome. The sound was remarkable, you could hear every word he sang unlike other places and the tickets were greatly priced.

Nice casino but way too smokey eye o to get point of having to hold your breath to breathe. Many people at the roulette table were complaining. Makes for a not so enjoyable to experience. The casino in Rock Island is smoke free. Might just have to suggest we all meet there instead. It's too bad because we really enjoyed Riverside casino. Oh well, health comes first.

Went to see a concert, wich was awsome! Had a few drinks, having good time not causing any problems. Rented a hotel so we both could have good time with no worries. Wanted to go get food after and gambel, but was told we had to stay in hotel. No room service and we not allowed to leave our room. I felt like a child being grounded for nothing. If i wanted to stay in my room i wouldnt have left my house. So we left! Now im 250 down from no refunded hotel and a ruined night. Dont get out much, so this was date night. Thanks Riverside for ruining my night and experience. I will never come back. Ps u should change your slogan, 'live it up' gets u grounded, how fun.

It's under construction (remodeling ). But I had a pleasant stay.

Nice clean rooms and the buffet was good. The swimming pool was fun for the kids.

Rooms are nice and clean. Pool could of been warmer. I also don't like when it is only raining they close pool down. This is second time Kids couldn't swim when weather wasn't severe.

Beautiful golf course! Lovely Casino! The rooms were well appointed and clean! Ruthie's restuarant was as good as any 5 star restaurant I've been to! All in Riverside Iowa!
