Nice atmosphere a d a pretty good place to hold an event

Great place to stay. Great food great casino and great rooms.

I love the buffet here! The Sunday Brunch is especially nice. The gambling is fun too, but don't expect to win much. Also the prizes they give for points cost WAY too much. Each point is about $1 played, and it takes 500 points in a single day to win a 12 pack of pop or a set of mugs.

Have fun with gambling with spending cash and buy your own damn mugs.

First time visiting valet allowed dog to stay in truck under canopy this past weekend Valley refused to let the dog stay under the canopy and told me to go find a shade tree in the parking lot won't visit this place ever again

Nice venue. Comfortable rooms. Great food choices. We went for the Love & Rock concert. They did an awesome job of following covid guidelines. The servers were fantastic. The dinner was great!

It's a casino, probably would score it higher if it was smoke free, and service was better. The buffet was pricey. Walked in with 50, out wth 400... Did I mention it's a Casino?

The Hotel room and view was breath taking :never saw ir was in a total glass view bathroom

It was a very nice looking place. The architecture is extremely nice, and the place is big enough that the smoke is hardly an issue. A complaint I have is that the dealers were not very sociable, and one of them was very rude. My Pai Gow dealer would hardly say a word no matter how much I ushered him to talk. Meanwhile, my stick person on Craps flat out insulted my group of friends (who are all dealers), insisting that none of us knew how to deal the game, regardless of our experience. That comment was unnecessary and ultimately made us leave the table. As a professional, these kind of comments should be kept to ones self, but I digress.

A very lovely place, but the staff could use some work.

Hotel room doors are extremely noisy. You would expect for the price it would be much quieter and relaxing. Maybe this is intentional to keep you in the casino. Lounge band singer was horribly flat on everything. Ruthie's Steakhouse was excellent. Upsetting that only one $5 and one $10 Blackjack table available and it was full the entire time we were there. We could have easily flown to Vegas for a couple of days for the price.

The buffet is very good, but pricey. The gambling area didn't do it for us. There's other venues but didn't stay to experience them.

Definitely good food. Had a pleasant breakfast there.

I was not very pleased with the breakfast buffet they offered. Also, I was not very lucky at the slot machines. I won't be going back anytime soon.

The Saturday night buffet had a long line, but it was delicous

Location is great! Just a little jump off interstate and you are there!

Riverside Casino is a fun place. I just feel that Everytime they have an event going on that all the slots are made tighter. It is almost impossible to when or even hit a bonus for that matter. It could be just my imagination, but it feels that way. I put 200 in a machine I have played often and was able to get into the bonus rounds often. Today was Easter and I went and played the machine and instead of getting into the bonus rounds like I have been able to do on multiple times of playing it, I got into the bonus round three times and the winnings from the bonus rounds were sad to say the least.

TWC band was great until the freaking bartender gave me well Vodka when i asked for something else. And then had the balls to tell me it was not. I only drink good Vodka!!!! I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE....
Freaking ripoff dont buy drinks if you go!!!
If the system would let me, I would go less than 1 star!!!

This review is only about the casino. I've not stayed in the hotel. I've been three times and every time I've done poorly. Payouts are clearly at a lower percentage than most casinos I've been to. Joined the player's club and unlike many casinos I've played in, you get no free play at all for joining. Lastly, the sports book is okay but their website is a train wreck. Hard to use, lots of errors, not that mobile- friendly and they don't have an app.

They have bonus penny slots and I hit bonus a lot every time I come

Very clean, live music was good. Not a huge selection of slots and quite a few older machines.

Fun place to go to. Even with the covid-19 going on there's still plenty of opportunities to enjoy going there.

Good family & friend buffet. Adults enjoyed some gambling. No kids game area. Visited gift shop, ok.

Do not play the push to win craps electronic table..i was on the lay and it rolled 40 + times before a 7 came up..not statically possible . then when i started playing place bets 7 came up every 6 rolls..on average.i was the only one playing. So i am convinced that machine has a way to place what dice will pay out the least..good luck

We had an amazing Valentines/ Birthday dinner at Ruthies.

First time ever at the casino the staff was so sweet and I had a blast

Remodeling is a little difficult. Can't wait to see finished results.

Nice room & amenities. Ruthie's food was absolutely fantastic. Spa was spectacular & extremely relaxing. Skyler did a great job working out my sore shoulders. Will come back soon.

Riverside Casino is fantastic on-site to relax and have fun! The casino has all the games one expects. My room was comfortable and perfectly clean.

I love this place except for the fact that they allow smoking. That is the only downfall.

It smelled really bad like adult diapers. Called for a room got a quote then when I got there gave me two different prices which were $50 and $55 more then I was quoted 10 min. Prior

Decent room but not quite sure to make of the all glass shower with curtain that can bee retracted opens the shower view to rest of the room????

Attended an Antique show here. The facility was clean and easy to figure out where to go. I didn't venture to other areas of the casino but this area was nice and well laid out for this event.

They should just close and get it done! Carpet is ugly!

Well between laughing at the Restaurant Managers gym shoes with his cheap black suit and the $23.53 dollar buffet that was very poorly prepared, dried up meats watered down soups and potatoes, the college girl waitresses are out of place meaning they can do much better, finally, the uptight Rigged Slots are a joke and so predictable, I realize it's Riverside Iowa and not the Mirage in Las Vegas BUT DAMN, at least put forth some kind of effort to fill the parking lot with happy customers. I'd start with New management, especially Roberts Buffet.

We only went there to eat at Robert's Buffet. I was not impressed at all. It was very pricey ($17.99)and there was not as much variety as we thought there would for the price. Most of the food didn't taste very well. The meats were on the dryer side. The texture of my steak was that of beef jerky in a canister. I even had a hard time trying to find a dessert that I thought tasted good.

I stopped in to celebrate my birthday, and I had a great time. Thanks Riverside.

Went inside lost 300 at slot machines.Tried my luck at the roulette and won 360$ ,from there and on all them managers started starring me down and bullying me like I was some kind of a cheat .All I wanted is to have a bit of fun at the casino not to be bullied by the management.I'll never come back again.

They need to clean their soda stations. Every time I go there I only drink soda from their fountains and every time I spend the next day sick. When do you take apart the machines to clean? Will only drink their bottled water from now on if you can get the waitress to slow down long enough to get her attention.

The hotel room was really nice! Huge bed, lots of space and the shower is to cool! The slots were fun and the restaurant was tasty!

The pay outs are okay but beautiful well kept casino.

As usual my visit to Riverside Casino was excellent...

Beautiful hotel. The dining accommodation could not be better. We will be back soon.
