River Island Flagship store Oxford ST London Review

Poor customer service, wait about 20 minutes to pay for my purchase because all cashiers were dealing with return items or complaints .

Went to Wood Green store, I like the lay out of the items, the sale items still there for second chance, The shop floor very clean.

I missed this store after 3 months of lockdown. Very busy and expect for a long queue

Love their selection, especially the perfumes, can always find something nice, it does get pretty crowded in there, but so does every shop on oxford street at certain times, so it's not their fault.

I phoned River Island to ask about a product that I had bought before and wanted to buy again, but it was not on their website. They said it was not in stock and suggested I try the other 2 stores on Oxford St. There doesnt seem to be any cohesion between these stores, as I asked if they could check to see if the other 2 stores had this product in stock and they said they couldnt do it. So I tried phoning the other 2 stores several times but neither of these stores would answer the phone. So I had to go to one of the stores in person, and they didnt have the product. Then I asked if they could check the other store which was about another 15 minute walk, and they said they could not check for me. So I had to walk to the other store, I was exhausted and of course they also didnt have the product in stock.
I could have been saved this hassle of having to go in person to the 2 stores, if River Island could check stock for their customers.

My favourite brand! Great stuff at decent price, way better than Primark, way cheaper than John Lewis.

I like their clothes but they don't last long. Also you can find the clothes cheaper on ASOS

A nice place for tourists for quick shopping at one place

Big store, was expecting too much. Disapointing clothes. Looks good on the website, but not very appealing in the store.

Extremely large store and has a lot of variety of clothing. Staff are always on hand to help.

Good service. Nice and clean shop. I bought a jumpsuit. Excellent textile. Very comfortable. I love it.

River Island store on Oxford Street, not very busy as it was a Wednesday, nothing really to speak of.

I love designer clothing especially River island they have great quality clothing and there shops have great staff

Style and elegance personified. A bit pricey...Some times on sale...the best items are NOT on sale though...C'mon River IsIand....

I was in the queue and manager was just standing at the counter. He simply walked away whilst one of his colleague was serving another customer. I expected manager to serve me since I was waiting... However staff informed me that managers are NOT ALLOWED to serve customers without seeking PERMISSION from their managers?? I would NEVER shop again.

I've been there couple weeks ago. I really like clothes there. But there was a manager(staff member told me as I asked who is that miserable woman) who kept shouting on her staff members and they seemed really stressed in a quiet store. She was rude with us as well as we didn't wait for a staff member to count how many items we are taking to the changing room. A girl gave me to fill up some questionnaire and she seemed so happy that I agreed, as I saw miserable manager was walking around like a guard and bossing around. We experienced really unpleasant atmosphere but it was actually funny in the same time :)

Their clothes are not suitable for woman taller than 5" 7in

Lots of products at reasonable prices, they definitely try to keep up with the latest fashion, service is respectable too, even if they forgot to take off the security tag!

was okay not much choice you used to get something u unique now it same old ..all the shops really bored to death with the choice of which exact same Jean's to get and slogan tops often hip hop cos we carnt keep that real it has to become a fashion label or an advert or even Mary Poppins would have to do a rhyme

Good quality clothes and good prices. Seemed to have upped their game a bit too style wise. A good selection of male and female clothes in this store. Well laid out and organised.

If you go to London, do not forget to stop by. Good prices. Good attention to the public. For all ages and sizes. I always go and peak with something. There are plenty. The biggest ones in Oxford street and in C.C. westfield

Poor quality of products and materials even tho they have good designs. I would put it on a 3rd place from bottom to top after Primark and H&M.

Great range of clothes but I find the staff very rude.

love this brand for a cool collection, but the stuff are very lazy and do not pay attention when you stand in line at the checkout, many stuff are free and just walk around the store and no one can serve you and the manager does not even respond to the situation.
