I just spent some time there playing piano for a vocalist friend of mine who wanted a professional recording/mixing done of her songs. These people were professional and talented, and very hard working - it was great fun the whole time. It took some time to get the recording the way she wanted it to sound, and they helped and improved things every step of the way. The price quoted did not change, even with all the work they did to get the recording to sound perfect. What a great place to find in our city - a very professional and competent recording studio, with a respectful, but laid back and friendly attitude. As a part time musician I never felt discounted, and my opinions and ideas were heard. I would recommend them to anyone - professional or amateur. Definitely will go back for any recording/mixing work that comes up again.
