I think I can some my whole experience with Turn the Page up in 3 words: "Terrible Customer Service!" I rarely write reviews but I thought it was necessary to try and offset all the "forced" reviews this company has had. Anyone thinking about using this company my advice to you is to ask every question possible up front, get all your communication in writing, and still don't expect them to honor your contract. From the poor like of communication; could take days to get answers if ever, the high turn-over; I dealt with 4 different people "in-charge" of my account, to the totally inappropriate billing; there were several months when I was double charged, billed on the wrong day, you name it.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They claim to build secure custom websites that you own, well that apparently means it's can't be worked on or fixed by anyone else. Now we have to rebuild a whole different website since we moved and honestly I'm not even upset since I don't have to deal with Turn the Page "support" anymore.

What a great group of quality professionals! I continue to be impressed by every person I meet in this organization. I would (and have) highly recommend Turn the Page to local business owners who have little time on their hands and want to get the most bang for their buck.

I met the guys at Turn the Page at a Chamber event. I'm a "teach a man to fish type" of guy and needed help at the time with my web presence for my new physical therapy practice. Honestly, it was one of the better investments I've made in marketing to date. Turn the Page has so many levels of help it blows my mind. They can educate you so you can do SEO, blogging, and social media on your own, or they can do everything for you including press releases.
