River City Casino & Hotel Review

The selection on the buffet was huge but a few of the items were too salty for my taste.

Ny friend and i went for crab leg buffet and it was a great time! Got a close parking spot, the line was quick and when we went to pay an older gentleman paid for our entire meal and drinks and told us have a great night! Food was good, service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere was open but elegant! Highly recommend and will go again!

Super Smokey casino. They have a "non smoking section"....which really to me, is like having a peeing section in a pool. Doesn't matter where you do it, it spreads to every one. To top it off they don't enforce the non smoking section.

I frequently come there because it's closet to me but unfortunately my gaming there is horrible as to wanting to choose another Casino..... I never really receive any information about the activities or coupons!!! It's turning out to be a horrible experience considering i mite win 1x every once in a while..........

The whole place has a mildew smell. I'm not a big casino guy anyway and I wouldn't give any of them a high score. There is a great steak house here though. If you like machines this is a good place but it was almost impossible to find an open blackjack table. We saw a band play in the velvet lounge and it was...entertaining. lol

Very Friendly Staff at Hotel Checkin. Only complaint about the Casino was the Lack of Waitresses if you weren't at a Table. We didn't see but maybe one waitress in 2 hours in the Slot Gaming areas

Not a gambler per se, but enjoyed visiting the casino. Didn't quite have a Vegas feel, but lots of restaurants to choose from. Ate at the Beer Haus and it was nice.

Super disappointed that the place was not decorated up for Christmas. Also the Cigarette smoke was so bad we ended up leaving early.

I was only there for the casino but i thoroughly enjoyed my visit even though i didn't win

Spent our wedding night in the Directors Suite at river city, it s a beautiful room and not overly expensive

The food was great. Very clean. Staff very friendly.

The new coffee shop was ok. Walked into burger Bros and pretty much got ignored while the three guys did their own thing. Two of them even looked right at us and didn't bother to say a thing. The casino itself was fun as usual.

My first time staying at River City, a very enjoyable experience. The room was amazing. Excellent comps. Every employee we encountered had a plesant attitude. Michele and Carol at the hotel desk were so plesant to deal with. Great Job! Michael V. Williams, Columbia, Tennessee

At this casino on May 18th. Was wiith several people celebrating two 60th birthdays. Went to sit at bar to play table poker. Made a innocent comment to bartender & he blew it out of content & reported me to manager. The manager was great, or so I thought so. The bartender had a very bad attitude. We told the manager and I thought everything was handled. But instead,aI was escorted off the casino. The bartender continued to work. Very bad customer service. At least I didn't have to spend any more money & neither did the 8 people who followed me. Very disappoined that the manager just decided to expel me but not the bartender.

Always good to come out ahead. I was smart and left after doubling my money.

Ate at the Buffet. Selection was alright but the food was tasty, especially for a buffet. The place was decently clean. The service was alright, they were friendly and checked in on us a few times. Overall, good but nothing impressive.

I was able to socially distance myself to play penny slots, AFTER I used the available disinfect to clean my machine! I'm impressed with how they handled the mask mandate as well!

Went to the tables for my birthday, had a great time with my friends

The buffet was good. The casino feels dirty and we used to go all the time.

The dealers were rude but the guests were nice and funny

Plate are cold other casinos have heated plates.

Love the Italian restaurant. Ask Frank, the chef to sing. You won't be sorry.

Food was great. And the machines were fun and a variety.

The buffet was very good. Our server was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive but not hovering and so very polite.

I don't really care for the smoking part. Dividing between smoking and not smoking doesn't really help. Other than that, it's a great place.

Attended a wedding, food and venue are good. Specific parking locations need to be better marked.

Went to dinner with a little slot play. Very good time and dinner was more than abundant
