They keep taking my money every time no matter how much I pay this my last night here 6-28-2020 I'm done with this place I feel like I've been racial profile since I was 21 and I'm 36 and I've not gotten anything big $200 is big to me because I don't get that $20 to $40 tops I'm done
The location is convenient. The rooms are luxuriously comfortable. And the staff is amazing.

#RiverCity Great fun place except don't bother to register for any give aways. A name-Andrew Yu- is called as winner almost every time, even every 20 minutes drawing. Impossible to win that often randomly. Has become the laugh/anger of most customers! Otherwise, FUN!
I just had THE most pleasant experience working with NETHA in booking my room. She was knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. I was having trouble booking a room online and luckily Netha was there to help! If all the staff are like Netha then looking forward to my stay and a great experience! THANK YOU NETHA!

Buffet food is dried out and looks horrible as usual.
It was very dirty the last time I visited. This visit the same. Was told "we have a cleaning staff and we'll report your comments,sorry about that." Even one star is being generous!!
The room smelled like smoke but the hotel a d casino were nice.
buffet was mediocre at best. prices seemed high for the quality of food that is served.

It was really nice on the in-side and the people were really nice. My girlfriend lost her phone and we talked to one of the people and they check the cameras to find out exactly wherebit was at.

Read all the one star reviews. This casino is a scam operation. If you start winning they claim you are intoxicated or not wearing a mask property. Slots are rigged. State Attorney general should Investigate this casino.
Sat next to trash can that really smelled bad! Machines were very tight!

The staff is very friendly and nice whenever I visit. The only problem I had was their phone service. I called on a Monday to try to see if I could get reservations for the Great Food Exposition, but I was sent to a voicemail. I left a message with all of the information requested, but never heard back. I called a couple more times during the week and never got any response. I later noticed that their voicemail had a greeting that said they won't be able to call every person back. So don't expect a call back if you are trying to contact them.
It was a good experience. The staff was helpful and food good.

Nice venue, plenty of parking, easy to get in and out. My first visit, really enjoyed it.
Great place. We only came to play a few rounds of roulette and get dinner before hitting the road. Won 400 bucks in roulette, had a couple drinks then we went to the steakhouse. The food was amazing. Had the $80 porterhouse. It was worth every penny. Mashed potatoes were also amazing. Great service, great food, great people. Would definitely go back, wish we could have stayed longer.
It was fun, really wish they had served breakfast. Love those omelets . Line for dinner buffet . Had go eat elsewhere.
Too many penny slot machines, obviously catering to seniors. Bathrooms are gross and no toilet paper. Restaurant wildly under staffed,, won't be coming back.

My friend and I always enjoy ourselves at River City Casino whether we win or not. The staff are always friendly and courteous and the place is very clean and nice. I definitely recommend River City Casino for a nice time.

Just like any other boat Casino don't take a credit card don't take checks because you will spend it take what your plan to lose if you win it's a bonus very nice clean place to hotel actually the blind st. Charles Ameristar for the same price you get a suite so but I mean if you're down in South Saint Louis give it a whirl Jack's we offered Germania and 55 in Germania you can get off at it actually says River City Casino about you cross Alabama keep going straight we're about a mile to you'll see it

TOO OVERPRICED FOR WHAT YOU GET ON DRINKS, AND NEEDS TO BE NON SMOKING, THE CIGARETTE SMOKE MADE IT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

We only went to eat at the beer house. It was good but I wouldn't recommend going all the way out there just for that.
If you want a selection of things to do besides gamble. There is plenty of restaurants and a shop that you can shop at. Rooms are large and nice

Went to the bar outside of the gambling floor. Good selection of drinks, but we ordered the pretzels with cheese dip and the pretzels were extremely greasy. I had to dab them with a napkin and hold it with a napkin just to eat it
The food was great and I really enjoyed "That 80s Band" only downside is smelling like an ash tray when your done.
I came here to gamble but I stayed because of their food . Try all their restaurants. My favorite is Asia noodles, best General Tso s I ve had ever in my life. These cooks look like the ones that I see on TV
If I was a millionaire I would hire their cooks.
Nice, and clean. All COVID-19 rules and guidelines were being adhered to. The rooms are very comfortable. I will be back.
Everyone was as nice as usual. It was just my inability to grab a drink or a snack. The times demand the restrictions, I know. I just didn't enjoy the experience as I usually do. I thought the casino staff were doing great, wiping down machines & providing the wipes and hand sanitizer. I want this pandemic to be over.

Good buffet. Waitress never asked if I wanted another Momosa, I could have gotten them myself, but I want a fresh one. Sometimes they pour a bunch for decorative purposes, but this makes me paranoid they are not clean. Very good service otherwise. Excellent desserts if you have room.
Slots do not pay out even after multiple attempts, varying play time and varying machines; casino staff unconcerned with service to customers; nothing to do except gamble as there is no club with music, no pool, no spa, no weekday entertainment or activities; casino is not trendy or fun for the under 65 crowd; no view unless you like rusty barges and containers; food is costly and mediocre at best; only positive was a modern, clean room, go to ANY other STL casinos and hotels.
Very Nice Facility. Great food , live music venue with always a great line up and calendar. Plenty of parking.
