River City Casino & Hotel Review

The employees were gracious the establishment was clean I had taken my cousin with me first time she had ever been there and she couldn't get over how nice it was with no disruption of the people who works there they went about their job very professionally and the people that were there enjoying themselves were very nice not profane nor pushy to move you out of your way if you weren't going fast enough for them overall great

Their buffet is better than hollywood just wish they had poker tables again

my nephew took me here for brunch wow it was neat never been before really enjoyed it and they had these wonderful drinks it was orange juice and something else in it very tasty good place to go for brunch

Smokey and ash trays. Slots ok. No parking garage. Machines could be a little cleaner.

I just gambled. The selection of slots was great and the restrooms were clean.

It was fun the staffwere great the room was amazing. We had alot of fun. I posted pictures of my room for everyone to see how nice it is.

Didn't stay at the hotel, frequent the casino slots, has to be the worst casino around. slots are way too tight and if you do manage to get bonus games, they don't pay. We know other people that used to come there and stopped coming since new owners, they lost two more after yesterday.

We had the all you can eat crab leg dinner it was very good and it usually is very high quality crab

The casino floor was amazing and the dealers where nice

Although I rarely win , its always nice to go where people are politeness and kindness makes you feel like a winner

Too much smoking and not enough ventilation but the workers are positively terrific. Knowing they get the same newbie questions, not always nicely asked, they always have a genuine smile and "good luck" for you.

It's really nice place very very spacious lots of machines and a service actually is very good

The place was beautiful! Made for a perfect place to get prom pictures at. The elevator made a few strange noises though and im already terrified of elevators so it ruined the experience for me.

Buffet is awesome, but you can't escape the smell of the smoke by the front.

Always clean, staff extremely inviting. Pit bosses extremely personable. Over all very relaxed.

Staff was acting funky and rude because I pulled my mask down to vape. They were allowing smoking etc. There were people with their masks completely off, not sure why they singled me out to hassle and be rude with. I was clearly vaping. No one was even sitting close by.

Concert hall was great. Hornsby and the band rocked the place.

Saw Ted Nugent at the Event Center looks like all the other casinos, nothing special but if you live in are go check it out.

Good casino, but on Friday and Saturday nights it's so busy, sometimes up to a 20 minute wait for an attendent to show up at the slots for help....

I have only been tol casino this far cant afford a room but i love it

Very clean, exciting atmosphere, and great restaurants. Try the new Italian restaurant they make their own noodles/pasta daily

Hotel and amenities are amazing, the casino is gorgeous. Careful on the slots, they're prob 65% payback. Poker and table games safer bet. Go for the ambience and amenities, not so much for the gaming.

Locating the hotel was easy. Kinda out of the way so traffic was not an issue. Room was beautiful with view of the river. Mandi (evening/night) at check in was awesome!

The room was great and we had a great time at the casino

My wife and I went the other day to keep my MiL's account active. I was happy to see everyone wearing masks, plenty of hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipe stations conveniently placed. I also witnessed someone whose mask was not covering his face while walking around and this was quickly addressed by staff. We didn't win any money, which is why I didn't give 5 stars. Loosen up your slots RCC! :D We got out of the house and had a good time, which is why we went. OH! And there were no-smoking areas, or possibly all no smoking, it was so easy to breathe!

I love this place. Atmosphere is really good. I was hoping to see more of a variety of slot machines. We went to play some and go to The Beerhouse, always a great selection of beers with friendly quick service. If you are looking for variety of beers and i highly recommend you to give them chance.

My favorite casino in St.Louis. Great facility up-to-date machines, lots of good restaurants and good parking.

Was only there to see a concert. Small venue but good for a concert. Not a bad seat in the place.

Good food, but a little pricey. We are not gambler's and don't get a discount.

The food good and the servers good too. The crab legs were kinda small and the shells were rubbery. Which means the meat won't come out clean sometimes you have to dig the meat out...

Convenient location. Safe environment. Very clean and usually fun as long as you don't expect to walk away a winner every time. All of the restaurants serve large portions and are reasonably priced, except the steak house which is out of my personal range.

Very nice Casio, but the cigarette smoke was quite thick.

Honestly the service is good, people are nice, but when it comes to gambling its a waste of time ive been coming here for over 5 years and have lost alot of money, in 5 years ive lost over 60k maybe won 1k over the years...
