I did not stay, but I visited a bar.

I think that the staff is not enough. Even if you want to order, the staff will not be caught at all if it is not a counter seat. I felt that the customer service was also rough compared to other hotels that are considered to have the same level.

In this state, I think that the content is not accompanied by the hotel brand.

I warmed to this hotel somewhat the second time I stayed here. The main selling point is the level of service - the staff are very professional and helpful. They were very accommodating of our baby - our first time to stay with her in a hotel - and our room was a very relaxing and comfortable environment for all three of us.

Still if I'm honest I find the decor a little bland, and it doesn't really have the sense of glamour and grandeur of its namesakes in Europe - but that seems to be the norm for modern hotels in Japan. Still it's fair to say this is easily the best of all the hotels I've stayed at in Tokyo.

Yes, the location is great with Midtown Mall and subway station in the same complex plus a nice little park next door, perfect for a morning walk. However, the hotel itself doesn't quite feel 5-star. The room is spacious but a little dark. The lighting logic is a bit strange. Lacking that luxury feel, the only wow factor of the room is the view which you can see almost half or Tokyo. Breakfast is limited in choices but is good quality. The egg menu is a nice touch.

The next time I go to Tokyo, let's stop by again

I first entered the restaurant and had tea ... Even if I say thank you, I can bring it many times, but it is silent from beginning to end.

Elegant spacious rooms, even the base room which I had, superior service and three excellent restaurants in the hotel. I tried all three. Great views from the rooms which start on the 45th floor. Three floor mall and art museum in same building is a plus.

Nice hotel with great amenities. Rain shower, spa, and lounge. The rooms get blackout dark; one of the darkest I've stayed in. Rooms are pretty quiet too. Services is good, but seems like they watch you really closely.

Best Tokyo Hotel

Best Tokyo Hotel
We used our points to stay 2 nights in this property. First impressions: very popular property. The lobby restaurant and bar were packed when we checked in. They had a ton of attentive staff to take care of us.

We had a gorgeous Tokyo tower city view, on a floor in the 50s. I would recommend the city view over the Mt Fuji view especially since it is lovely both during the day and the evening. We were greeted with macarons and other snacks throughout the stay.

The location of the venue itself is in Roppongi, an upscale area with tons of delicious restaurants. It is very conveniently located in the Midtown Tokyo mall, as well as steps away to the subway line. Since the per-night rate is quite high though, the clientele is mainly people who can actually afford the per-night rate and taxi everywhere, haha. As noted, we just used our SPG/Marriott points.

Such amazing service here. We were helped out by the concierge Risako - she really went over the top to end our last few days in Japan. She helped us reserve at Ushigoro (a delicious Japanese yakiniku place that everyone should try), and also gave recommendations for the area. We also got a reservation at Sukiyabashi Jiro through the hotel, which is the famous sushi omakase owned by Jiro's son, such an incredible experience that is all thanks to the Ritz for helping us book (you need to reserve 1 month in advance).

Amenities: gym is pretty standard, larger than regular hotel gyms. Pool is standard, hot tub has a city view, but not with Tokyo Tower. If you get a chance, you should enter the change rooms where they provide spa services. The female change rooms has a tub with a Tokyo Tower view. The male change rooms has a non-Tokyo Tower city view.

We stayed at the Kyoto Ritz Carlton earlier in the trip and overall still prefer the Tokyo property because of its long tenure, so the concierge and service was so genuine and over the top. Plus, being so well located within the city is great.

We cannot wait to come back again on our next trip to Tokyo!

Even though I went in a messy appearance, the lady at the reception was kind and wonderful. It was a shame that long hair hung on the curtains in the room, but I'm sure it had come to the cleaning. The gym instructor also kindly spoke to me, which was helpful. I overslept breakfast and couldn't eat so I'll go again lol

You would expect a Ritz Carlton to have great service, rooms, and so on, and they do deliver on their reputation. The rooms are large anywhere, huge for Japan. The lobby is at 45F so the rooms go from 46F to 52F so all the rooms have great views of surrounding metropolitainTokyo. And, you will lose weight -- your wallet will be much lighter when you leave ;-)

For the birthday celebration, we had a wonderful night with a spa, dinner, and one night at the Ritz-Carlton.

From check-in to check-out, this kind of high-quality customer service was always inspiring.

At the spa, there is a treatment room and a birthday surprise after the treatment, and when you enter the room after check-in, you will be surprised again that you will receive a flower in the lounge in charge and celebrate your birthday even when you check out.

It's a polite, but not a service that feels distance, but a service that gives me a personal and comfortable distance every moment.

The serve of Mr. Fujimura who was in charge of dinner was really nice and very relaxing. If you can do it, I would like to do it next time.

Thank you for your wonderful time and care at Ritz-Carlton Tokyo.

Afternoon tea to The Lobby on the 45th floor. I don't know if it's a corona countermeasure or from the beginning, but the seating arrangement is spacious, and I prepared a seat by the window and enjoyed tea and sweets leisurely.

The view, is all about the view. The design of the interior is reminiscent of an upscale Marriott and the service lags miles behind other luxury hotels in town. Being more expensive than most of the other choices, I would suggest to look for another hotel.

Exceptional service and attention to detail. The management staff was mindful that it was our honeymoon and upgraded us to the suite. The concierge helped us with restaurant reservations each night. Housekeeping and turndown service were impeccable. They made our Honeymoon absolutely unforgettable.

We stayed at the Deluxe King on the 47th floor. First of all, it smells good from the time I enter the hotel, and I am very satisfied with the Japanese elements that are well integrated into the interior of the corridor and room. The weather was nice so the view was good and we ate at room service but it was a fun time. I want to go again.

One of the best luxury hotels in Japan.

One of the best luxury hotels in Japan.
The view of Tokyo under my eyes didn't look like the view from the hotel window, it was just like staying at the observatory.
Also, turning it over, it made me feel that the view and direction seen from the room (for some people) are important.

Hair was included in the children's dishes.
Although I did not say to the service person in charge, I noticed that the child's condition was strange and made a call. After all, I refused to exchange it, but in the subsequent dessert, the plates of the children were decorated with gold leaf, and finally they were given a souvenir of Baumkuchen, and the children returned with good mood.
It is impressive to see that the face of the child who had a sad face came out with a plate with gold foil and turned into a face that looked happy at once.
I was impressed that the place where it is not possible to end failure with failure is first-class.

The view of the lounge is good and the food is delicious.
The style of the Ritz-Carlton, the staff was also excellent.
However, it is still an impression that it is one step inferior to Kyoto and Osaka.

A top-notch hotel in one of the most upscale neighborhoods in Tokyo. Needless to say the service and rooms are excellent. It's centrally located with many points of interest within a few minutes walking distance, including the National Arts Museum. The lounge downstairs is a great place to kick back and have a drink, with a spectacular night view of the city.

The hotel is definitely a 5 star. However, while listening to the staff, it was said that please use the lounge , and there was no report on the inquiry made while using it.
I understand that I want to use the lounge slowly, but I have to explain exactly what the result is ...

However, not only the staff but also the users are very high class, so I think that the comfort is the top in the hotel

Nice view. However, we never encountered from waiter to ask us to get our own cappuccino and Latte ourself at the coffee counter as at The Ritz Carlton Tokyo. Other than that incident, the rest of the stay is fine. We are not sure if we will be back to this hotel again
