Very bad customer service. I was there reading the menu and the lady turned off the open sign on our face and said they are closed. Very bad and rude.

Better than frozen yogurt. Better than ice cream. Better than anything you've ever had.

Great frozen custard! The cubby paws are a household favorite. Highly recommend.

Ritters has always been a family favorite since I was a child! Same location for at least a decade. Four stars because the staff (I'm sure due to the downfall of the location) was not what your first impression of professional would be. Otherwise still a great stop for a cool treat!

After having been to this location quite a few times in the past year, my main complaint would be the hit or miss quality of the frozen treats here.

Smoothies seem to come out either perfect, or awful. As in ratio of whatever they're using to make them and syrup is just completely off.

Other wise, besides that being a fairly common issue, the wait is never long, typically a few minutes, and pricing is fair.

Been going there for years and my favorite is the LEMON!!! The best in the world!!! Stay away from the one on E. Washington Street. Everybody there is pathetic. They were in Riley Childrens Hospital with certain flavors, I asked if they could also bring the lemon next time they came, they refused and said it doesn't sale. That came from the owners mouth. Him and the lady (possibly his wife) were very rude towards me. Made a promise not to spend my hard earned money at the E. Washington street location. If you want GOOD SERVICE, go to Westside!!!

It reminds the Mrs of being back home again. It the only place for her treats now.

This was my first job ever. Still love it today with all its different choices and options.

Ritter's is great usually, my last experience was a little disappointing. My sundae was not as filling as it's been in the past. Felt like I overpaid for what i ordered.

A lovely out of the way place that has the smell of fresh waffle cones lingering around it. The outside sitting area is lovely with a tree to sit under. The custard is rich, creamy and smooth. The cones are fresh and delicious. The people seem to be friendly and patient.

I wouldn't give it five stars however. They seem to have a limited selection of custard flavours, and the chocolate on their dipped waffle cones is so cheap it's nearly inedible- avoid ordering those.

Other than that, it's a great place to take your friends and kids on a summer's day.

I love their Italian Ice! I would like a create your own 2 flavor pint or quart take out option.
