I bid on, and won several prints on two consecutive nights. Shipping is a flat $20, no matter how many prints you purchase, which I understood. However, they shipped them as one order and charged me $40. Two prints had tears. Wrote them a note to question the shipping charges, also mentioned the damage and NO communication at all from them. If they can't be bothered to answer an email I can't be bothered to buy from them again.
