Grizzly Cub Special sets the bar for sundaes. I rarely order this type of sundae anywhere because I'm afraid it'll disappoint.

Some workers have an attitude seeming like they hate their life, but I have never had a bad dessert from here, ever. Keep up the good work with your miserable attitudes.

First time using drive thru. Quick. Order was right. Very impressed.

Customer service went above and beyond. They didn t have the flavor I wanted to purchase in a quart. And it wasn t a flavor for the day so Brant (I hope that I m spelling this right) said they d be making it later in the week and offered to call and let me know when. Just got the call and will be getting a couple of quarts of pineapple tomorrow. So again above and beyond. Also the quarts I did purchase strawberry, pecan praline, and turtle something were delicious!

Love, love, love! And they even have doggy bowls for your furry little friend! I highly recommend them!

Went to Ritters today and ordered a quart of Vanilla Yogurt. Which was already packed and in freezer. I ordered at the drive thru. The line was long so I had to wait 15 minutes before getting to the pick up window. Well, I changed my order to two Strawberry Glaciers. When I told the young lady that I had changed my mind. She then proceeded to put her head out the window to tell me "Next time don't change your your order"! She was very smart and rude. Actually they made more money off of me getting the two large Glaciers.

Love now that you can get this wonderful dessert a year long now! Yumyum!!

I love Ritters! Every time we are in Indy we go! The custard is so delicious and always fresh fruit in the sundaes.

An Old Fashioned Ice Cream Eatery with outside seating and lots of good ice cream choices. A throwback kind of joint is what you might call it.

The only one around Indy and hands down the best banana Frozen Custard ever. You might as well be eating a perfectly ripe banana

The best Lemon custard ever!!!! Update as of a Month ago... Not sure if the Recipe changed But use to go every Monday and Thursday and the last few times I went and eaten the Lemon Custard- Got very Sick with bad stomach aches and lots of trips to the Ladies Room.

Ordered peanut butter and Reese cup blizzard. I was handed a peanut butter and Oreo blizzard. No big deal. I handed it back and they said it would just be a minute to fix it. I waited 5 minutes and i'm handed back a blizzard. I pull off only to discover they just sat my blizzard on the table, waited 5 minutes and then handed me back the same blizzard.

I have been to a few locations but this is the best location very clean and GREAT customer service the staff is very friendly which makes the experience Awesome. Me and my family cant get enough of the fun flavors. Try birthday cake and Mississippi mud you won't be disappointed!!!

Wonderful custard tasty treats. They make very delicious custard pies and cakes. Enjoyed a mud pie.

OMG this is the best frozen custard!!! The glaciers are great! They're smooth and rich, and you can put anything on them! I love their ice cream!

Good place their products are really tasty but sometimes 1 person is not enough to get all the orders ready on time

This was my first time going..the staff was pleasant and helpful..I had a lot of questions.. I got the orange cream Italian ice.. Delicious! Definitely going back since I now know what all the fuss is about

I love this place! The turtle sundae and oreo glacier with chocolate custard are my favorites! Love to go here on a hot day! Prices are pretty good and they're always really quick with getting stuff made.

I must say Ritters has the best custard ever each time I go there it's always freshly made fresh candies treats and fresh Fruit I Rank ritters to be number one in frozen custard

It was OK. I'm used to their ice cream and I should've stuck with what I was used to. My mother was not pleased at all.

I can still remember the faint memories here. Has changed a bit, but it doesn't stop me from coming. Service is great and has a variety of flavors to choose from. Kid friendly for sure.

Yum! Love this place. The only thing about it is the employees are inconsistent. What I mean is, one night you have perfect service and professionalism...the next time you go there may be a whole new group of kids and well...not the same experience. But I'd still go back for the frozen custard either way!

I can't have dairy without a lot of allergy medicine but Ritter's is worth a night of benedryl and tummy ache - it is the best treat!

It s been years since I had Ritters but unfortunately my memory was better than my reality. For some reason I remember this place having an awesome custard, but not so much anymore. I can names at least 3 other places I would prefer to visit in place of this one. Not that the location was bad, but the custard has lost its glory....at least for me and my taste buds.

Been coming here for about 20 years! Love it! Can't go wrong with simple Vanilla Custard.

I absolutely love this place! It is the best lace in town to get icecream! You can either wait at the window or go through the drive through to obtain their goodness! There are tables with umbrellas to sit at if you decide to stay and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere provided. If you go through the drive through, the employees are always polite, have a smile and a pleasant greeting for you. The icecream itself is never a let down! As soon as you get it, the aroma of freshness reaches your senses and you are ready to make your day that much better
