We used Tom DeFegely at Rising Tide to get our first home/mortgage recently. Obviously this was the most important financial process we've been part of. Tom was outstanding, providing endless phone assistance as well as meeting us in person when necessary. He suggested great offers for us from Bank Of Melbourne but when it turned out we had to use ANZ (for guarantor purposes) he was equally enthusiastic and found us a mortgage we are really happy with. His knowledge and ability to use the team at Rising Tide for support meant all of our questions were answered. We have since referred friends to Rising Tide and they are all totally happy with the service. Thumbs up!
