My previous financial managers handed me over to Rising Tide over 10 - 15 years ago (I can't remember) as they thought my personal situation would be better managed by Rising Tide. They have got me through financial separations, numerous home loans and insurance issues. I have been using their services ever since from Sydney via telephone and email etc and I am immensely happy. We have been with Rising Tide from way back when they were known as Financial Design For Life! Everyone in the team that we have dealt with has been friendly and helpful. Rising Tide helped us purchase our first investment property and they also do our yearly tax returns. We recently refinanced to a better home loan option and have also changed to a better superannuation fund. The yearly reviews are so important! We can contact them at any time with any questions we have and get a response in a timely manner. Most importantly, we feel like we are 'family' and not just a number.
