Very typical industrial brewery feel with a good amount of seating. Great beer selection that was heavy on IPA's. Beer was high quality and quite tasty the surrounding area was industrial but was just a short walk from the downtown.

Great wide open space. Dog friendly. When we came there was a food truck and live music too. Even at it's busiest (according to Google) the service was fast and seats available. I also loved all of the beers in the flight I had (I'm a fan of IPAs).

This place is great. Exactly what I expect from a brewery (and a little more). Friendly and craft beer oriented, it was a great place to hang out for a couple hours. Outdoor seating (dog-friendly), a food truck and bean-bag toss. Excited to go back here next time I'm in Maine. Update 2019: went back last week and had a great time. Employees were friendly and the beer is great! Brought our dog and he loved it. Will be back again next time.

The staff here are so friendly and down to Earth. We took a tour and the tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The beer was great and we greatly enjoyed sitting on the patio listening to live music. This place is also dog friendly on the patio, so we met lots of cool dogs! Great relaxing atmosphere and great prices! We bought a bunch of cans to take home too! We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed the place. Went on a Tuesday and there wasn't a lot of people so we could relax and roam a bit. large outdoor seating area with picnic tables and umbrellas. Enjoyed a flight and a couple good beers that I hadn't heard of yet. We played some corn hole and watched the brewers in action on the canning line.

This is my go-to in Portland. I love the beer, live music and the staff are very nice. We enjoy sitting outside and trying different flights of beer. We always have our dogs there and they are always welcome outside. Like the snacks and no food trucks his time though. Give it a try the next time your are in Portland.

We had a wonderful experience! A bit of a wait, but it was a beautiful Saturday afternoon, so I'm not surprised. They had an app that allowed us to keep track of where we were in line. When we sat down, the hostess ran us through the safety rules, and there was a bottle of hand sanitizer for us to use on the table. The drinks were amazing, and the nachos were incredibly tasty. I'd definitely love to come back!

Awesome beer range, a decent wine list, and the dumplings are awesome! Lighting, however, is poor (no one over their thirties wants to be in the brightest lite place around). Basically, the place needs to work on its atmosphere. Having said that, I'd return for the food. UPDATE - waiting staff took our order for extra dumplings, only to come back and tell us the kitchen was no longer making dumplings - this is something that should NEVER happen in any restaurant - if your waiting staff are taking orders, you MUST fulfil them - waiting staff should all be informed when the kitchen is changing its status from full menu to reduced menu; reduced my rating from 4 to 3 stars on that basis.

What a great brewery! Stumbled upon it by accident the first time we came to Portland and had to return. The staff are friendly and genuine--you can tell they enjoy what they do. Great selection of different beers, including a barleywine that was so good we bought a bottle to go. In the summer, the front of the building opens to plenty of (dog-friendly) outdoor seating. They don't offer a lot of food but food trucks and other small food businesses frequently offer food. Overall, a great place to relax and drink some great beer from a great company.

These weren t my favorite beers but I really like the energy of this place. Our service was great. They have visiting food trucks everyday so you can get a bite to eat and the options are rotating. Cornhole would have been fun but it was too hot for me! It s also nice how dog-friendly the place is. Bring your pup and hang out outside!

Awesome beer!! Loved the Nikita Russian Imperial Stout! Great laid back atmosphere. My son and husband got into a Bags Challenge! This was Kade s game face! They don t have food other than chips and popcorn, however Mr. Tuna s food truck was serving sushi burritos that looked amazing!

The beers we're awesome. The space is really unique as it gives you both indoor and outdoor seating. They had some Cornhole and connect four outside which was a nice touch. And they allowed dogs outside! Can't get much better than that! Definitely make rising tide a stop on your beer tour of Portland!

We had the Welcome Party for our wedding weekend at Rising Tide. The beer was (of course) awesome, the space was perfect, our guests loved experiencing Portland, and all the staff were easy to work with and good at communicating throughout the planning process!

Went on a Monday afternoon so it wasn't too busy. There was a lot of outdoor seating and a small food truck. Enjoyed the flight of beers I split with my husband. Our favorite was the Pisces. Would definitely recommend as a good spot to kill a free afternoon. The bartender, Josh, was really nice and helpful.

Rising Tide has a great, open atmosphere. We really enjoyed being able to have the warm summer breeze flow through the bar area. The selection of beers was amazing. I really enjoyed having a "flight" (4 samples) of beer to sample before deciding on a full size version. I'll be going back!

Great beer and great atmosphere. We were there on a Sunday afternoon, there was cornhole, a food truck, live music, and free tours. We got a flight and the beers were very good. It seems like it can get crowded on a nice summer day, so I'd try to get there early.

Besides the beer being fresh, flavorful, and all around amazing. The staff made this place a joy to be at. The open air feel & design made us feel totally relaxed, and made it hard to leave. Makes me want to plan another trip to Portland already!

We had a great time visiting here for the first time. The staff is really friendly and nice. We liked sitting outside listening to a live band they had (who sounded great, by the way). There's plenty of space to hang out and the vibe is relaxed and friendly. We'd return here on another trip to try what's new and enjoy the space. Bathrooms were clean!
