Excellent beer and a convenient location. Staff was friendly and even when it was crowded, there was never a long wait for beer. We did happen to visit during some sort of a 5k scavenger hunt which ended up making a long line for the bathroom but other than that it was awesome.

Solid beers in an expansive, beautiful venue. They have a huge outdoor patio and are super dog friendly outside. We had a good time sitting and watching a soccer game happening in the field across the street. The prices are reasonable, too. The variety of beer selection could be better, and I wish they had easier access to menus with detailed descriptions of each beer - I couldn't find one while waiting in line so I ended up just picking something that sounded good just by its name.

Rising Tide is a nice small brewery that doesn't feel over commercialized like some of the other Portland breweries. You can walk right up to the fermentation tanks or even enjoy a drink right next to them. The beer menu isn't huge, with about 8 on tap, but they have a good variety and even better, offer tasting flights of them. The best part is the outside where hey have live music on weekends, tables set up, and some food available. Best of all, it's dog friendly. I didn't love most of the beer other than the hefeweizen, as I found most a bit too hoppy, but there is something for everyone. Service was very nice and helped carry beers.

I'm a fan of their beers. This was our first stop. The place was popping and super crowded. Live music and a food truck. I did the flight and got MITA(session ale), Pisces (sour), spinnaker (hef), and soundings (IPA). If you like hoppy, the soundings was pretty good. I also liked the Pisces, apparently they make it with sea water. It's good to finish off with that.

Not a bad spot for a beer and pizza. I did the flight and tried 4 different beers. The raspberry one was too sour for my taste. I liked their Oktoberfest one. Pizza was really cheesy for my taste. Service was good. There was only one person serving in the patio, though.

Rising Tide was the perfect place for our November wedding reception. Haylee and her team were incredible and took care of everything for our day-set up, break down, etc. Additionally, Haylee helped with getting everything we needed-linens, flowers, etc. The East Room was the perfect spot for dancing, while the tasing room provided a quieter space for guests who wanted to mingle. I would recommend Rising Tide to anyone looking for an event space.

Great Beer! Fun location! My second favorite brewery in Maine behind Maine Beer Company in Freeport. I live in Colorado and wish these guys would either ship me their beer, or begin distributing in Colorado! I buy their beer every time I'm in the North East!

Not impressed with the ownership. Please view their CBS interview concerning the covid19 relief package for business owners. Instead of winning and complaining contact your local congressional representative, your congressman and senator and make them aware of your situation and the shortcomings of the bill. Did you expect the initial relief bill to be perfect. Be PROACTIVE instead of REACTIVE. Beyond that the reviews and pictures of the food look amazing!!! Good luck on your reopening and your ongoing success.

Beer, pizza, s mores...and puppies!!! Need I say more? The beer flights didn t disappoint, the pizza came out quickly and was almost as good as New York. And the s mores...are made with (optional) peanut butter cups!! A must if you are at all curious.

Decent beer, 10 ounce pour $4.00. The staff behind the bar are unprofessional. Talking with their friends while a line of people are waiting and saying "thank you" when given a $5.00 bill instead of offering the $1.00 change. I thought the beers were $5.00 until my last beer when I figured out what the loser behind the bar was doing.

About Rising Tide

Rising Tide Brewing Company: Crafting Delicious Beers with a Passion for Community and Sustainability

Rising Tide Brewing Company is a family-owned brewery that has been making waves in Portland, Maine’s East Bayside neighborhood since 2010. The brewery was founded by Nathan and Heather Sanborn, who were inspired by their love of craft beer and the outdoors. Today, Rising Tide is known for its creative flavors, commitment to quality and consistency, dedication to community building, and use of local ingredients.

At Rising Tide Brewing Company, the focus is on crafting delicious beers that reflect the unique character of Maine. The brewery offers a wide range of styles from classic IPAs to experimental brews that push the boundaries of what beer can be. Some popular offerings include Daymark American Pale Ale, Zephyr IPA, Pisces Gose with Cucumber & Lime, Ishmael Copper Ale and Spinnaker Hefeweizen.

One thing that sets Rising Tide apart from other breweries is their commitment to using local ingredients in every beer they make. They work closely with farmers throughout Maine to source high-quality hops and grains that are grown sustainably without harmful chemicals or pesticides. This not only supports local agriculture but also ensures that each beer has a unique flavor profile that reflects the terroir of Maine.

In addition to their dedication to sustainability through sourcing local ingredients whenever possible; Rising Tide also takes steps towards reducing waste by recycling spent grain into animal feed or composting it for use in gardens around Portland.

But it's not just about brewing great beer at Rising Tide - they are also passionate about building community through events like trivia nights or live music performances held at their tasting room located on Fox Street in Portland's East Bayside neighborhood. They believe strongly in supporting other small businesses within their community as well as giving back through charitable donations such as partnering with organizations like Friends Of Casco Bay which works towards protecting Casco Bay's water quality.

The team at Rising Tide Brewing Company takes pride in being an independent business where creativity thrives while still maintaining strong values rooted in sustainability practices; this includes everything from sourcing locally grown ingredients whenever possible down to recycling spent grain into animal feed or composting it for use around town gardens!

Overall if you're looking for delicious craft beers made with passion for both taste & sustainability then look no further than Rising Tides Brewery!
