What ever you do never give this company your phone number. They will constantly call you asking to come a give you a valuation for the work. We explained over and over again we do not wish for them to compete the work and to take our details of there calls list. They ignore this and will then call you a few days later. Nearly a year ago they got told No and still get weekly phone calls. Feel like we are being harrased with the company. They need to learn about GDPR.

Do not give this firm your phone no. they will pester you to death even after telling them you do not want any windows from them did not like the quality of their windows at all and got much better ones cheaper elsewhere without being pestered to death. Came on the wrong day then wanted to walk round my house in boots to measure up. Would not give them the time of day.
Great to deal with and a top job, 4 windows and a composite door, left the place spotless, would recommend. thanks guys! hope to you use next for a new conservatory.
Good points - Sales person arrived on time, reasonable price, fitted two new upvc part glazed doors and a window. Fitter arrived on time and cleaned up. Quality products. They also fitted a trim to an existing window. Could improve - After sales support is not so great. The trim fell down and despite reporting this I had to refit it myself. Also the letterbox brush doesn't fit correctly on the door. I requested additional keys at the contract stage as it is a rental property but they were not provided but they told me to just get new ones cut. No local Sheffield key cutters will reproduce these high security keys. Waited 20 days (admittedly part of this was Easter holiday) for an after sales response to give me a nationwide list of key cutters (only about 35 on the list). The closest to Sheffield is Barnsley who do not open on weekends. If you don't need extra keys or you can get to Barnsley in the week then this will be fine for you but it was inconvenient for me.
I don t usually leave reviews but feel in this instance I should. Myself and my wife moved into a new property back in July and to say it was in desperate need of a lot of work was an understatement. It needed new windows and doors and the rickety old conservatory ripping down. Like most we was extremely weary of who to choose to do the work and worried of choosing the right company For Such a project. We had several companies from nationals to some one that is a guy who worked for himself all of which left us boggled and fearful of making the right decision, it was Just by chance that one morning my wife received a leaflet through the door from Rightframe showing local family run manufacturing and installers of windows doors and conservatories offering a friendly approach. Instead of calling we decided to pop down to their factory for a look and have to be honest we was greeted with a totally refreshing attitude to what we had already experienced. From walking through their door I can honestly say the Whole experienced was amazing. The manager Darren showed us around the factory so we could actually see products being made and we then made an appointment for one Of their designers to attend our home. They was so helpful and patient and went through everything we was looking for to make sure we understood the whole Process. They not only delivered what they promised I can t believe how helpful and easy it was. We had two fitters called Kev and Matt who sheeted of the whole house and hovered up before they left. Absolutely amazing Rightframe and thank you to all that dealt with our order, like I said I never Leave reviews but feel that after The Ordeal we had with other companies And how You Made us feel I just have to applaud you all. Highly recommended and will definitely use again .
I made it very clear on the phone call to the sales manager Darren that the quote required for a conservatory was to get an estimate on how much it would be to install one in 6 months time or later. Person turns up at the door and prepares a quote in half an hour inspite of telling him that we are in a rush to go out and you can provide the quote later by email or phone. He insists to complete the quote. Once we get the quote, I respond by saying its too expensive and may consider it in future and cant commit now. He then calls Darren the sales manager who is so rude over the phone and extremely unprofessional inspite of making it clear that this will be a no obligation quote in my initial conversation. Extremely unprofessional and will never recommend, will never reach them again even if I decide to get a coservatory done.
I just wanted to pass on my grateful thanks for all the hard work put in by the RightFrame installers this week. For three days they toiled in awful weather to provide a professional and courteous service. I had 2 bedroom windows a large patio door and front and back doors fitted. The work is of an excellent standard and finish. We couldn't have asked for better service throughout.
Had a young gentleman visit me for a quote for 7 windows and 2 doors, was pleasantly surprised with the price, nearly half the price from my previous quotes! Was really happy with the service and had my new doors and windows fitted within 4 weeks!

I could not recommend Rob and his team enough for all the help and respect I received during the installation of Windows and doors at my property it was completed on time with no upset and was a first class installation a very big thank you goes out to right frame.
We have had windows fitted with these I would never recommend them to anyone. What should have been a day and half job took 3 weeks the director of the company is so damed ignorant takes money and can't be bothered to get things sorted ..think before you order from these.
I have 4 years experience as a window fitter over that time I worked for many different companies, If I had to choose somewhere to have work done at my own property it would be rightframe. Best product good lads and a company who always make sure the customer is happy

A little belated feedback had my new windows and doors a couple of months now. From the salesperson to the after sales service everything was and is very professional only to be expected though to be fair. The fitting team were excellent and the most important thing were all concerned about is the quality of the windows and Finish are super and a very very good price. DG - Handsworth.
Iv had Right frame in to do my windows and the quality of the work was excellent and great value for money all the people I dealt with throughout the job were very polite and helpful I highly recommend them and I will be having more work done by them in the future.
