Marvelous service, as ALWAYS. My Service Rep., Ms. Rita Beni, was OUTSTANDING , EQUALLY, AS ALWAYS.

Slow service, everytime. Had an appointment for a simple oil change on a car and after an hour and a half of waiting, they hadn't even put the car on the lift yet. The Honda sales side is great, but the service side could use improvement.
