bought ss3000 helmet from them, first time they send me helmet with paint defect on one spot, ok i report to them to SS, fine they agree to manufacturing warranty exchange....Ask them nicely please inspect replacement helmet before shipping over email....replacement arrived also cosmetically defect....email them back no replies, which clearly states that they send me someone else reject.....so much about this place...BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
