Riders discount has no concept of customer satisfaction. After a premature failure of a Lithium Ion battery, the replacement battery was shipped in a box with very little packing to protect the battery which resulted in broken parts inside. After returning it the same day, they said they'd send replacement in 1-3 business days. 8 days later or 6 business days, the battery is supposed to ship...we will see, but clearly they see no urgency to take care of customers who have been victimized by poor products and shipping thru no fault of their own. I'll never place another order with Riders discount!!!
