Reviews don't really do justice to how amazing this place is. We go there regularly and have never been disappointed. Regular customers!

They increased the buffet price but unsure if the new dishes are much better.

It's just an average place nothing special and that applies for the food as well, there's much better places around the city that offers open buffet for the same price rates with better selections, I would say the place over all is modest at best.

They pay me to record races. If you like betting on things then it's got that in... Spades.

go once every two years or so, also organized my work's Christmas party, everyone really enjoyed it. food at the buffet is nice, staff very friendly, and the action great. can't wait to go back. the horse is St Ladds Popcorn, 2 year old filly in north america for 2008, i'm the one holding her, and the photo was taken by my beautiful sister who actually took photography lessons, wasted money if you ask me.

It was horrible. The food is un appetizing. The Service is run down. The location needs a update fast. The atmosphere is dreary. Just a bad experience overall.

Edit: I forgot to mention that a few people at my table of 20 got shrimps and when we went to get some they were all out. I asked a few different people in black jackets who said they don't deal with the dining room and then some other staff that said they are all out. I asked when will they be out by? They said no more tonight at all. They are completely out of shrimps. Funny I did not get a discount on my bill because you were out? Next time have enough stock for your guests. Also your salmon was very fishy and the prime rib was very dry and over cooked. Please Hard Rock demolish this place and give us the Vegas fun and luxury and Vegas buffets that are the top of their game.

About the gaming tables, the staff running the roulette tables are in experienced and need more training. The wheel should be spinning more often rather than waiting 10 minutes between payouts and the next spin so everyone can take their time placing chips. It really needs an overhaul.

Beautiful casino with a great view of the racetrack. Their seafood & prime rib buffet on Saturday is amazing. They had a seafood bar which had sushi, shrimp cocktail, tuna salad, crab salad (amazing btw), shrimp salad, smoked salmon. They had a chef making fresh Cajun shrimp right beside the prime rib. They also had a beautiful dessert bar. Food was always replenished quickly, staff was helpful and quality was just overall amazing! Can't wait to go back

The buffet at the Clubhouse was awesome! A note to make sure you are a member though, to get the discount on Wednesdays! The slots are new, confusing and not as fun as the older models.

Great place and decent payouts, good food, great staff, and complimentary coffee just make sure you tip the nice people running the cart :) they're walking alot and will make your coffee as to what you drink

Buffet was excellent and a little over doubled my money at the casino..

Music way too loud, couldn't even here the slots over the music of the person sitting right next to me.

This place is depressing. A real air of desperation hangs in the place. Buffet is ok but not worth the price or wait.

The surf n turf buffet was ok... Just don't order the lobster n steak... Both seriously overcooked & Cold by the time we got our orders.

Some bathroom stalls you can't even lock. You'd think they could afford to fix it but when I went to speak to the security guys about it all thhey did as refer me to so sometimes else. Like I need a runaround.

Nice for a casino. But just know your limit (and play within it).

New poker room. Good action fridays and weekends. 1/2 and 2/5, 5 tables max, rake is $8 max. Pretty loud but plans to build dedicated room. No bad beat. Usually mostly 1/2. Buy in $500 for 2/5 and $250 for 1/2. Dealers and house still getting into the swing of it. Phone in advance.

Great place! It s getting bunch of Reno s done. Now they have tables and somewhat a better vibe.

Clean, friendly, fun! Its a smaller casino, but outside are horse races! Buffet is also oretty darn good!!

Seafood buffet is going downhill in quality and choices.

Is a nice place to hang out with sometimes with your Families and friends.Their buffet foods are Good.Especially the sea foods like crabs and shrimps.I love them.For the drink I love the mango smoothy.

Terrible service at Winners Circle. Casino does promotion where many people show up and only minimal service given. Over 1 hour wait yo receive free slot play. Worse and worse every week since Hard rock took over.

Yes I liked to go there. But the Buffet !!! It's so good. And a whole variety of dishes, incredible. And cheap for everything we eat. For games and horse racing, it is different from other Casino. But it is soon a great transformation that Sven is coming. Visit the site.

In the process of updating to a Hard Rock Casino. The Buffet price doubled but no change to setting or food offering. Mostly seniors and no night life to speak of yet. Hoping that the adding of a Hotel and music venue will livin the place up.

Mother's Day. Very busy. Ladies at the front are horrid. The rest of the staff is awesome. Great selection. Fresh. Tasty. Not haute cuisine, so dont expect it. Had a great time. The service in the lounge was very friendly courteous and professional. The wifi was mot only free but ridiculously fast. I was able to upload a five minute horse race in under three minutes to YouTube, while The place had abiut three thousand diners im the lounge. Amazing. The food was really good. The shrimp were Plumb and zesty. The pork and fish were fine perfectly. And the races were a blast to watch.

The roast beef was great and everything was good quality. Good value for sure.

It would be great if you can deposit your winnings at the casino to your bank account. It would make life more easier and once seeing your account increase.....more likely to return .
Many may feel better about their jackpot or jackpots achievement.

Loved it but the food was expensive even with the food coupon for a Saturday night

Tonight, too little food for an evening with a special.
Line up was crazy but went quite quickly. Staff were over the top but not enough food was available. Meats were basic and certainly not replenished enough.

The minimum bets for machines and tables are much too high compared to other casinos ... In addition that it never pays and that the credits fall at a crazy speed. Lack of classic machines (almost only video machines with 50 incomprehensible lines). Choice of beers more than disappointing at the bar (corona heineken labatt blue ....). You have to play millions to pick up a few points with the loyalty card. I think this casino has really gotten worse since it's a hard rock casino.

Was very dissapointed after recieving an email letting me know that paigow and let it ride games were open, when we got there last night none of these games were open so we had to play something else unfortunately. One game of Ultimate texas poker took about 6-7 minutes as the dealers dont seem to know which hand is stronger half the time. They will need to speed up if they want to be successful. The horsetrack is awesome and a great time so look forward to that. But for a manager to tell me that certain games are available and they are not even open is unprofessional.

Racetrack with new ownership a different albeit an ok experience. Slot action good. Card tables are getting busy. Long wait if you wait for a cab.

I realize that the casino is under renovations but I would not go there again. They don't even serve complimentary coffee like Lac Leamy. A waitress there refused to give me a coffee unless I tipped her! Really?? We had to initially buy coffees because there was no one around to serve us. It took us ages to get a casino card. One lady serving the counter and three others standing around chatting. The staff there are not up to speed. It was not a good experience. I will go to Lac Leamy from now on. And it appears that you guys only respond to positive reviews. Too bad!

Buffet there is my favorite free pool tables up at the bar one of the best places to go and you can go into the casino if that suits your fancy one of my favorite places in Ottawa car shows out side horses to watch while you dine and can bet on did I mention I love this place go Thursday Saturday if you're more into sea food awesome desert area pretty long

I always go for the all-you-can-eat buffet and it's great. Seafood on Saturdays, brunch on Sundays. Always leave satisfied.

I guess if you re 80 years old and on your last legs who doesn t know how slot machines truly work then this glorified senior s home is great. Everybody else should stay clear. Tons of seniors, white trash, individuals living extremely unhealthy lifestyles and people with deformities are the regular patrons here. Machines are super tight (I didn t win in over a dozen visits in 2018) and they allow people to tie up machines with their slot cards. The staff in this casino are a joke. Personally, this place preys on vulnerable people and is a prime example of the corruption that has been going on for decades in the Ontario government. It should be illegal for the government to be involved in gaming period. Good luck winning on 85% slots.
