Awful service, checks never arrive on the dates thier supposed to, the don't call to correct simple mistakes yet wait until you call to find out about a check they didn't send. Also customer service treats you like your insane or they simply say that's not the field they cover.. usless. It's unfortunate that I have to continue with this lackluster payroll service.

This place is so disorganized and can never process documents in a timely manner for payments. The phone personnel are also not the most qualified and tell a variety of conflicting information. They often lose documents and then your employee will need to wait until the next pay period to be paid. Wouldn't advise contracting with this company

Already didnt get a check and it overdrew my account

My employer uses Aris solutions because she has no other choice.They are the only payroll option for this one particular need in the state of Vermont. This company is capable of having my employer in fetal position crying because she has been dealing with Aris for 7 years and it has always been an issue getting Aris to not mess up checks. Myself and other staff can count on not getting paid several times a year. One time we did not get paid for an entire 6 weeks. They will take no responsibility for their mistakes which led to you not getting paid, they will treat you like they are doing you a favor by mismanaging payroll resulting in you not getting paid. Bottom line the state of Vermont pays them, somehow my taxpayer money is paying them so they can hold my employers money and pay me and they act like I should be ashamed of myself for demanding that they pay me on time. Terrible company. A 5 year old can count to 100 and provide better services. Customer service is also just not anything that they care about, they figure they have you in their grasp and there is nothing that we can do about it. Shame.

Aris has been amazing at helping our new non-profit (The Scotland House) get established with our financial's and our payroll. The staff are all professional and very enjoyable to work with. I have been able to utilize their Human Resource Director as a reference for staffing and our employee policies and procedures. Their expertise is reassuring and allows me to focus on my participants and their families. I would highly recommend Aris Solutions to another business.

Aris gives our organization 100% peace of mind. We couldn't do the good work we do without them in our corner - always responsive, always invested in our success, and always on top of things. Highly recommend!

We are new shared living providers and have had to call Aris countless times for help with paperwork. As long as you are nice to them, they are nice to you! I have witnessed people call about pay check issues and after being rude to them off the bat, complained about getting the same treatment in return! Treat the ladies in this office with respect and they are very helpful.

Also, don't expect payroll to go through if you mess up on paperwork- remember that's your error not theirs. Take accountability and stop the blame game.

We have had employees receiving pay checks through Aris for many years, and if there were any problems at all, 99% of the time it was due to our messing up the paperwork. They have always met our needs quickly and courteously. No company is perfect, but they are darn close!

I have always had a good experience with ARIS. The customer service team is helpful and always pleasant to talk to. Keep up the good work!

I work for ARIS solutions and love it! All the staff here are like family. We work very hard to make sure our customers are treated well and are taking care of to the best of our abilities. We go out of our way to reach out to employees and employers when there are issues on timesheets to make sure people get paid. We do the best we possibly can to make sure everyone understands the process. ARIS is a wonderful company to work for and they are very understanding of working mothers.

I personally haven't had one problem with them. They always pay me on time. Thanks for the great service!

I was with the VA VIP program when I caring for my Father until his recent passing. They were fine, but I wasn t too happy about their policy of paying bi-weekly when other payroll companies pay on the 15th and last day of the month. It was a real hassle to keep track of the allotted hours in a month.

Also, this company is very stingy when it comes to paying overtime. They do not pay overtime if it is not in the VA caregiver budget, and they do not pay overtime unless you work over 40 hours in a week regardless if you put in more than 8 hours in any day during that week.

I've worked with ARIS for years as an employer and an employee and appreciate the person-centered care with which they do their work. I also like that someone always answers in person and that each staff does all they can to help.

Worst payroll company have a problem every pay period and they don t try and help solve issues waiting four weeks to get paid

Just horrible. If there is any issue they just wait for you or the employer to get in touch. They don't do anything proactive.

Edit: This time they lost the timesheet I faxed in two weeks ago. The rep just lectured me about keeping my confirmation. No sympathy or help offered.

Awful awful payroll company i miss a check every week.

Why did my employee receive and new W4 form and not her W2 form? We are going to need to have a discussion about your payment schedule and your tax setup

When you change your name ask then before otherwise you will have to wait 4 weeks to get paid then be treated like they are taking money out of their pockets. Nothing will get you paid when you are supposed to. The lady that I spoke to laughed and said good a clai m with labor board nothing will happen cause Medicare pays you and they pay no one hahaha and that was the last time I spoke to them. 4 weeks with out a check after working isn't fair

Terrible payroll service!! They make mistakes (like don't direct deposit your check because of a computer glitch then send you a check instead that is unsigned) and don't bother to contact you to give you a heads up. They also don't go out of their way to fix the problems (i.e. I have to drive to THEIR office an hour and a half away to get a signature) they won't just cancel the check on their dime (they wanted me to pay to cancel the check!) and fix their mistakes. I have not gotten paid on time multiple times because of their mess ups and they NEVER go out of their way to make it right. This week not getting paid because I had 12pm on my time sheet for midnight instead of 12am. They are idiots. Obviously if start time is 12pm and end time is 7am and I worked 7 hours there should be NO confusion. 12pm is acceptable for midnight. Pm and am is ambiguous for midnight but both can be used. They are awful!!!
