If you've got an addictive personality... Stay clear of this place. You got better chances at winnings the lottery.

The worst casino service in Ottawa, I look younger so they have to ask for my ID, I know is their job to ask for your ID but the security officers are the first face you see when you walk in to the casino, and the way they asked for your ID is rude and disrespectful, my ID is from Mexico so they thought my ID was fake, I m not gonna try to go to the casino if I m not old enough. They have to improve the way the security officers ask for your ID. I m never gonna come back, they made me feel like a thief.

The Buffet in the Restaurant was excellent.. Better to reserve especially weekends...

First time going to this Casino. I had a blast (also the shuttle bus at greenboro station is free there If you have the points card)

Buffet is okay for the price. Casino is a little small. Customer service is friendly.

Too many machine moves, construction n chaos. The restaurant was a tiny step up from a chip stand.

Today was not a good day. Made reservations and the table wasn't ready, the service was not very good, the food was cold, and I was not happy. They're doing renovations and that leaves less room. Don't think I'll be returning

The place looks a little runned down. It'll be much better when Hard Rock takes over!!

Fun place! Pretty decent food. The crowd can be more senior oriented but still a nice quiet place to have fun!

Very Busy. Crowded. Good Selection of slots. Very clean.

Nice casino. Decent 8 deck 3/2 blackjack game with 1-2 deck cut depending on dealer.

"The Track" is pretty cool if you interested in seeing the horses race. Gambling aside, the buffet is good and staff are helpful and attentive. We had several staff assist our table but one lady in particular was very friendly and helpful. I would have given this a 5* rating if the casino had the sense to put a sign somewhere directing you to the buffet restaurant. Oddly, there isn't one; I had to ask another customer (while standing right in front of it) if I was in the right place.

Amazing place! Made even better by hard rock taking over!

I always have a fun time. Only thing I would change is having more of the popular slots, like Willy Wonky, and the 3D ones. Waiting for these machines can take hours.

The add-ons and tables that have been added make it a more comfortable gaming place plus once in a while having a real game with other players is a plus

Good place for an evening out. The buffet is so-so but the price is reasonable.

We had a good time. We enjoyed the buffet. And playing the games for some evening entertainment. The atmosphere was well set.

Loved it. Had an amazing time. But watch your step I tripped over one of their black weather rugs and landed on all fours. They least they could have did was offer me a free play. Going to wake up sore tomorrow and wasn't even drinking...lol

Had a wonderful time dancing! Loved the band playing music from the 60's and up. Great pina colada at the bar. Did a little gambling (no luck), had the buffet. Prime rib was wonderful. A non expensive night out (if you're responsible) and so much fun!

Love the little cafe inside the casino, I also love the Asian restaurant inside as well. Not the best gambling spot. No really big jackpots that I've seen.

Very good service, lacks a little choice in the buffet

Went in yesterday to eat at the buffet as I hadn't been in over a year and my boyfriend never has. As a reward member, I had some comp dollars saved up that I could use there so we thought we could enjoy a night out.
It was awful except for the service, all the staff were wonderful there. There were barely any hot meal options, looked like leftovers that were repurposed, sitting there for hours. The ribs had a nice flavour but not fall of the bone. The roast beef was chewy and the warm vegetables were super mushy. Dessert options were decent and I filled up on that and the cold food /salad bar selections.
For $30 a person, not worth it in the least bit. Also, I felt bad for my boyfriend who thought he was in for a treat...Thankfully I had $50 in comp so I didn't have to pay out of pocket for this measly meal, but I won't be dining there any more.

Hard Rock Cafe's casino, restaurant and gift shop. It is in the process of becoming a Hard Rock franchise store, but at the moment it is not yet part of the program.
The casino is quite large with lots of slot machines.
Restaurant serves breakfast, self service buffet at lunch and hamburger options at any time.
Ample parking in front and racetrack in back.

Nice venue, no dealer tables for gambling - all electric. Buffet is phenomenal, bingo is fun and raceway is a little out of date. But overall great experience.

Oh boy I can't say enough good things about this place. I've heard that horse racing is the sport of Kings. Come here on your birthday and they'll treat you like a king. If you bring enough guests with you (10) the birthday boy or girl eats for free. They'll let you down on the track to meet the horses and the jockeys. Racing fans of all ages are allowed to attend so bring the kids.

Music was not very good. The bar is not well located, no bar stool at the bar when there's an orchestra. What to say about your TV at the bar...way,way to small. You need BIG TV at the bar to watch the sports. Not a good bar at all. Of course l'm talking about the bar in the Casino.

The buffet was excellent. Very good service too. Very interesting new machines.

Many seniors are often found here in the late evening and overnight (empty nesters). Larger crowds are seen on weekends and special occasions like Mother's day. There is a bar and a person with coffee and such available.

I found it good when it first opened up. But it's like they pulled back and no chance of winning. I now go-to lac leamy

I went to the buffet for dinner this evening! I asked for a finger bowl because they had these fantastic looking beef ribs on the buffet! The fiber bowl took so long to get, it was as if I had asked for a miracle to be produced. Now the ribs being beef, they were undercooked and then some! The meat could not be cut off the bone it was so tough. I mentioned this to a worker and it was laughed off as a joke. As I was leaving the casino I was introduced to the food and beverage manager. I explained what happened and she said that she would talk to the people involved and that was the end of the story. It will be a cold day in hell the next time I spend my money at the buffet. A free drink, something as an apology for the lost meal was on order, but I received nothing. Don't waste your money of you expect quality folks.

Ever since it became hardrock I can never win because they reduced the time in the automatic roulette game so you don't even have time to think or even play the numbers you want because it goes too fast.

The food at the buffet is amazing. The staff very friendly.

Quite different from Lac Leamy Casino. Too far and isolated. Average food but reasonably priced, both food and drinks. More for older generation, not for young kids.

Buffet is ok. Not worth full price when its packed and an hour wait. Casino pays garbage not worth it for sure.

Had a good breakfast buffet and price is only 2 for 1. With this price, I won't go wrong. Will repeat again.

I love Google Maps. It works well for me and I've never had any problems with it. I recommend it.

First time experience was great. People behind counter are nice and eager to please. Once you are let loose on slots floor bring someone who's gone before or ask, they will help. Its a little intimidating at first but gets easier. You may even relax in the restaurant (buffet) for a break to continue after. You can make a great day of for a special occasion.
