Richmond Chrysler has been my go to dealership for a number of vehicles now.

Mustafa (Sales) is not only extremely knowledgeable of every product on the lot, but most importantly, takes the time to listen to your needs/wants.

Tina (Service) is always very helpful with any service questions you may have pertaining to your vehicle. They also take the time to send reminders to ensure you keep up with the proper maintenance schedule specific to your vehicle. Bonus, they are usually done earlier than expected!

I highly recommend working with Richmond Chrysler for all your vehicle needs.

Buying a pre-owned vehicle can be daunting and the recent pandemic has only added additional obstacles: safety concerns when test driving/meeting, limited supplies and subsequently higher prices, etc. Dean in sales and Dan in management not only eased all those additional concerns but also facilitated a refreshingly trusting transaction. I m very pleased with my new vehicle and I m confident that the team has my back if anything were to arise in the immediate future. We purchased a used car from Danny at Richmond Chrysler Jeep and it was a great experience. Danny was patient with our questions, clearly discussed all the details and helped us get a good price on the vehicle and our trade in. I would highly reccomend Danny and the staff at Richmond Chrysler.

What a breath of fresh air it was! Going in a car dealership can be very stressful. I met the sales manager Calvin and you can tell that he loves what he's selling. No pressure at all.

I came in looking to upgrade to a 2016 Charger. Though at the moment I was only looking at options, I never felt pressured to buy, Rida was amazing and really showed me the ins and outs. When I come in to purchase my new vehicle I will definitely come back and see him!

Be careful of these guys. They are con artists. My girlfriend bought a crappy car from there worth 17k and will end up paying over 40k in interest payments. Avoid these scammers and save your money and buy a used car where you won't have to pay insane amounts of interest. They also tell you one thing and with guaranties of helping to get a lower interest rate and then screw you in the end. Be very careful of Luke Gelech the super con artist.

Avoid at all costs. Dented my truck putting it on the lift incorrectly during a service and refused to take responsibility. Now that I've sold the truck (almost 2 years ago) they continue to call me to trade it in despite being told several time that I've sold it and to stop calling me. Every few months they start again, calling me off the hook, weekends, sat/sun morning, leaving a voicemail but not speaking (which means I have to check the msg but nothing is there) until I finally get them on the phone and demand that they stop and remove me from their list. And I didn't even buy the truck there. Like most other businesses these days, clearly their concern is making a sales target over providing a good customer experience. STOP HARASSING ME!

Once again, Sadie has come to the rescue! She surprised me with an early start and a cheerful greeting (as always). She even offered to extend her last pick-up time slightly so I didn t have to make up as much time at the office another day!

I was ready to buy a used 2005 Infinti FX350 from them earlier this week. Based on the reviews here - I decided to do my own inspection at the Infiniti dealership in Richmond as I didn't trust theirs. THANK GOD I DID!

The Infiniti Dealership found so many BASIC issues that were not disclosed in their "inspection" (e.g. daytime running lights were not working, tire pressure sensor faulty, coolant leak, the list goes on...) When I brought these to their attention, they refused to budge on price or admit the gap between their inspection and the one I got from the third party (Richmond Infiniti). Absolutely horrible service, I think they want to sell their cars to some sap who trusts dealerships and wont do their own inspection.
I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM EVER. Buyer BEWARE!

Syed Mowdodi helped us purchase a 2020 Dodge Ram sport. I would recommend Syed to have a smooth purchasing process for any vehicle at this lot!

Was nervous about buying a mini van but was quickly put at ease by Danny Mouro in sales
. He showed me how extremely practical and safe the Grand Caravan is. I have owned my van for 6 months and im just as excited about as I was on the day i bought it.

I Service both my trucks here. The service department is amazing. I have bought my two trucks from northshore but i bring it here as its closer to my business.

I brought my car in because of a bumping noise and poor steering. its a Jeep Patriot with 246,000k and I do way too much off road with the vehicle due to passions for skiing and fishing. The guys found an oscillation in one front steering bearing. However , when that was replaced they noticed the opposite side oscillated. It was 5pm and the start of a long weekend. Someone came in and worked on it on Saturday so I could go skiing on the Sunday and Monday. Not only did they do this as promised but the car ra like a top. This was a difficult problem to diagnose and I so appreciate the extra effort to deliver on Saturday.

Bought a car here for the wife, Mustafa was a great sales consultant and worked very hard for us, due to me knowing the car business I wasn't able to be given the typical run around and negotiated to the best deal. I gave a low rating simply for the business office was sub par, Nikki although friendly she has not returned my call. I called twice and she wasn't on shift the first time and I called again when she was in and she didn't answer the second call and hasn't returned my voicemail. I was calling to question some inconsistencies in our paper work and was beginning to question the competency of the business office.

I asked my father the questions instead, who also works for Chrysler but another dealership, the vehicle was looked up on dealerconnect and I got the info and answers I was looking for.

Sales was great but business office has dropped the ball after we left. Wouldn't recommend to friends.

FYI skip the go green package.

After almost 10 months of having a used 2016 Ford Explorer sold by Micheal Chow as he called it the "American Range Rover" as a first vehicle, I was very impressed with the service Micheal Chow has given. Micheal had helped with specs and details of the SUV and gave me a new back up camera. Pricing wise had been a little too much but Micheal did try his best to lower the price. Micheal is by far the best dealership salesperson I have met in the lower mainland and would go back one day to if you want excellent service.

I was really happy with customer service and knowledge Calvin Young had with regards to my new Jeep Wrangler. Turns out what I thought I was looking for I wasn't, and Calvin ended up saving me some serious money! He honestly was a breath of fresh air. I would definitely recommend him. Thanks Calvin!

Extremely pushy and if you ask too many questions or require some time to consider the purchase they become very rude. I am definitely buying a wrangler but need to wait till my husband is back from out of town...apparently this is not a legitimate reason according to the salesmen. He actually insinuated that I was lying and just wasting his time as a sales tactic to pressure me into making a deposit. Do not waste your time dealing with these people, they are only interested in the sale not any customer service. I also noticed they dealer mark up above the MRSP by alot. Make sure to check the manufacturer's website for actual Price to negotiate from. Not their inflated prices. They also get additional bonuses from the manufacturers on top of all of this. Dont be fooled by these pushy scammers.

It was my first time experiencing an excellent customer service from Sadie. I had problem with the engine of my sedan and had to drop off the car there to get it fixed. I was told it would take 3 days to be done. Because I have no car to drive back home, Sadie proactively approach to me and offered me a ride home with her shuttle car. I was surprised and happy that she approached to me to drove me home safely. I had trouble getting into the car because my left knee has cast on and unable to bend when trying to get in the car. Her first response was to help me immediately and supported me with her strength to help me get in the car and sit comfortable in the seat. I loved the way how she was talkative, and was very professional in driving where she make sure her client is comfortable. Sadie is the best person I would recommend because she is kind-hearted, easy to approach and helpful. When 3 days pass by, I was able to get my car back and thanked Sadie for her kind and excellent service. Thank you again Sadie and keep up the good work.

Sales are friendly and knowledgeable on the vehicles they have and very helpful. I've bought my last 2 vehicles from them and will keep going back to them. Service is good and quick. And also free coffee from a fancy machine .

Nothing short of fantastic service. I've been using their body shop and service department for many years, I no longer drive Chrysler product but I still insist on coming here for service and body shop repairs. If you are looking for honest, consistent service this is the store to go to.

Hands down the best dealership in the greater Vancouver area to deal with. From Sales to parts/service they always put the customer first and it really shows from the second you walk in the front door! Be sure to ask for Calving Young. He always goes above and beyond for us.

Kyle Hughes was outstanding. It is a daunting process trying to find the right car. Kyle has a vast knowledge of the industry and was honest, he looks after the customer first. If your looking for your next car be sure to call on Kyle Hughes, he will put you in the right car for the right price.

Like someone else mentioned in an earlier review, these people will lie to you and try to hide facts.

I would highly recommend you to do your research as their inventory is significantly overpriced and they would try to add outrageous doc fee, levy fee, enviro fee, prep fee, ... on top of already inflated prices.

On top of that, their customer service suck. Danny was arrogant and disrespectful. They will use their typical sales tactics to pressure you. They will say anything to get you into their dealership.

I know that we're talking about car dealerships here, but better places do exist. Take your business elsewhere.

Great place to go for anything Chrysler related! Calvin is the fore-most Jeep expert in Vancouver as far as I'm concerned! These guys have a great selection of Ram trucks and a TON of Wranglers on hand for anyone adventurous! Would 100% recommend!!

After dealing with Nikki Cunningham I ll never be back. First of all she lied about the price of the vehicle I was interested in. Then she lied about my approval rate. Then she told me I couldn t get the vehicle I wanted even though I could easily afford it. Then she tried to pressure me into a vehicle I wasn t happy in. Then I finally won and got the vehicle I wanted them 3 weeks later it s broken and now she s saying there is legal ramifications for it. She s a scam artist and a lier.

I went in for my first service as a VIP (you get some oil changes included in a new vehicle purchase). Richmond Chrysler was very prompt in servicing my truck, installed a few computer updates and made good on promises from the salesman that had been missed on vehicle delivery. Truck was ready at the promised time and I had nothing to pay. Maybe they will get me next time, ha ha.

If I could give zero I would give a zero. Walked into this dealership to test drive a challenger, I was told no they don t test drive those. Asked to test drive a Jeep, and I was told that I need to have the money in cash there to test drive a car. I was also told that a 28,000 dollar Jeep was out of my price range. Absolute garbage company. I m so upset that they couldn t even give me the time of day to test their vehicles out. I ll take my business to ford, and you should too. No pressure over there.

My son bought a brand new Ram 1500 in less than a year and only 21000 KLM and 3 tires are giving issues. One basically blew out non repairable second tire went flat when looked at nothing found but was told do not use as regular tire as has a bulge inside the tire that if hit wrong could blow. Those were the 2 front tires . Now one of the rear is loosing air. Trying to talk to someone who has the authority to agree that they need to be replaced at no charge all I get is trying to sell me new tires. Seriously safety issue tires less than a year old and only 21000 KLM. Hopefully this will be seen by someone who can make this happen if not will pursue other avenues to get resolution.

Sayeed helped us a lot to find our ram. Sayeed gave us a wonderful experience on finding our ram. Sayeed ensured our needs were meet. Sayeed is a great member of the staff. He is very enthusiastic about his job and helps you get what you are looking for. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This stealership scammed my 60 year old mother $600 with unnecessary services that her 2 year old car doesn't need. Google "CBC dealership scam" to see CBC's investigation on this problem.

Purchased a pre-owned Jeep Cherokee Sport early August and the staff was friendly and genuine. Thank you. That said, I had to replace the battery only less than a month into picking up the vehicle. Although I did contact the dealership, there was little that could have been done without paying for inspection and labour, let alone a new battery, which led me to thinking if proper inspection had been done in the first place.

Would not recommend the sevice department. Over priced very over priced. Not helpful.

This review is to acknowledge the excellent service I received from Tina Mason, your Service Advisor, who helped me service my 2015 Dodge Charger and ship the vehicle to my home in Livonia, MI via an auto transporter.

My son was living in B.C. and he was returning to Michigan.The Charger was in need of service and I had to arrange a transfer point for the auto transport company to take possession of the vehicle. By phone, I arranged for my son to drop the Charger off at your dealership and he left to fly home. Tina Mason had the oil changed and the tires rotated on the Charger as I requested.

Tina secured my Charger at your dealership for one day until the auto transport company arrived. Tina Mason acted as my agent and made sure my Charger was safely loaded onto the transport truck with no damage. I received the vehicle two weeks later in the same excellent condition it was in when it was left at Richmond Chrysler with Tina Mason. Tina stayed in contact with me through the whole process by phone and email. Thank you for the excellent service and Tina is an excellent employee and an asset to your business.

I I recently had a drive home service from Richmond Chrysler. Sadie was the one who brought me home. I have never had a more pleasant trip home from a shuttle service. I have had other shuttle service before, and did not have such a great experience. I highly recommend Richmond Chrysler Service and Sadie, the shuttle driver.

I'm very happy with my experience at Richmond Chrysler. There was a small understanding over the phone but once i met with kirk and his brother rick face to face i felt they really were trying to help me get the truck i wanted at the price i wanted. I would definitely recommend going and meeting with these guys.

Bought my vehicle 2 years ago and get it serviced at this dealership. The staff are courteous and helpful. I'm happy but there can always be room for improvement like a better finance rate on a new car.

This is my third time getting my car Maintenance at Richmond Chrysler. They have done an amazing job everytime. Mathew and Sadie from the service department always gives me a warm welcome and then we have a few laughs. They know how to take care of their customers and go above and beyond. The prices are fair and their mechanics are efficient. I would definitely recommend people to bring their vehicles in if they have any problems. I'll for sure to come back after my 5000km (^0^)
