my new dodge stopped working the next morning, and i towed it to Richmond Chrysler and ask for help because these cold days its hard to survive without car and Bob took great care of my urgency and next day i was back on road. since they had super busy schedule but they went extra mile to resolve my issue.

Worst experience ever with this dealership. Keep getting check engine light on my vehicle. I usually take it to Colombia Chrysler but technician was not available for 2 to 3 weeks. So I took it since under warranty to richmond Chrysler. They ordered the parts to change two sensors. P0721 output sensor performance and P0933 HD pressure sensor performance. I turn in my RAM 1500 on 12/13/17 at 4:30 pm. When advisor took the truck he said the km was 13,994 km. I was told truck was ready on Thursday 12/14/17, so I go in at 5pm. They said they would wash my truck. That being said when I located my vehicle in there lot I could tell they washed it becasue the tires were shinny but there was brown stuff all over the passenger side of my vehicle which wouldn't come off when I tried rubbing with my finger. Got service advisor outside and he confirmed and said he did not know what happened. They took the truck for about 20 min to wash to see if it would come out. LUCKILY IT DID!!. Now when I was driving off the lot I see 14,140 km on my truck. I turned it in with half a tank of gas and I got it back with less than a quarter. The advisors and service manager Bob can't explain the discrepancy. DID NOT TAKE OWNERSHIP. says it was not them. He also said service advisor that took the initial km on wed was new and he apologized for that. He said too bad so sad and I can contact FCA Canada and Chrysler Canada directly. It was not them. Something Definitely not adding up and no resolution. Called FCA directly and they said they took an internal complaint review but I would never here the resolution or they would not get back to me due too it being an INTERNAL REVIEW. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AFTER BEING IN THE CHRYSLER FAMILY SINCE 2010. I've bought 3 vehicles from you guys and you guys can't explain or take OWNERSHIP OF A PROBLEM. NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS DEALERSHIP OR ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM CHRYSLER IF I CAN'T GET AN EXPLANATION. RICHMOND CHRYSLER is the DEALERSHIP.

Went in to Richmond Chrysler Dodge Jeep today and ...

Went in to Richmond Chrysler Dodge Jeep today and within an hour had a new Dodge Ram!!!

The service was excellent. Dominik Lee was the sales rep who helped me out. Very professional and had in depth knowledge about the truck that I was buying. Negotiations went very smoothly and there were no pressure tactics like you find at other dealers.

I highly recommend Richmond Chrysler Dodge Jeep if you are looking to purchase your next car. I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends.

I brought in my 2015 Dodge Challenger that id purchased from Langley Chrysler (Richmond Chrysler is much closer for me) for a recall, software update & to repair an obviously blown speaker. I got a call later in the afternoon that "they didn't have the recall part in, did not know of any software update and couldn't find anything wrong with the speakers". When i picked up the car i asked to speak to the manager as i was obviously pissed that noone told me the recall part was not in before i drove out to the dealership and wasted my time. The most miserable looking man stepped out of his office and shouted "whats the problem?" at me with obvious attitude in his voice, and when i explained it, his reply was "We didnt sell the car to you so maybe you should bring it back to where you bought it from" Good business model there guy! Before i left i had the mechanic sit in the car while i turned on the radio to show him that anyone with ears can hear the speaker was blown as it rattled loudly! And also it only took me a few minutes to pull up the service bulletin online on the software update as well. It was painfully obvious to me that they really didn't want me as a customer there.

Before i purchase a Ram truck 1500 warlock from Richmond Chrysler -i had ask for a trailer brake module as part of the purchased - i dealt with salesperson Simon Li and Jerry P. Mavroudis. Jerry was the one i deal with for the trailer brake module. He offered me to have it installed for 500$ but said cap-it can do it for 255$. so i decided to give cap-it a try but after calling them - they said it is an after market part which mounts externally on the dash. This was not the trailer brake module i was talking to Jerry about. i told him initially i wanted the oem trailer brake module which list on the website for 375$. i then called him a week after my purchase for clarification but didn't return my call. i texted him yesterday asking to get have them install it for 500$ but he said the part is back order until december. how can a part be back order for 3 months after i purchased the truck a week earlier when he promised it can be install in a day.
I just want my trailer brake module installed and now i have to wait 3 months? i would not had purchased a vehicle from them/ram if i knew this was not part of what i wanted to start with. now i have a trailer i cannot tow. Also i'm dealing with Jerry at the dealership and talking about a factory installed trailer brake module for 375$... why would i want an external mount on the dash on a brand new truck? Simon (the original salesperson) i dealt with knows this since the beginning. **DO NOT PURCHASE VEHICLES FROM THESE GUYS AS THEY OVERPROMISE AND NEVER DELIVER**

I just bought a Pre owned Wrangler from this deale...

I just bought a Pre owned Wrangler from this dealership. Great experience. Mustafa was the sales guy and Jerry was the sales manager. Both great to work with and I felt good about the pricing/deal. They come at it from a transparent win win scenario which I like as I run global sales for a software company and know the negotiating game very well. Even better there was a small issue with the Jeep I found after buying and they owned it and fixed it without question. I would highly recommend working with this dealership and in particular Mustafa and Jerry. They will take care of you very well and also Bill who runs the body shop is top shelf! Thanks for getting me started on my Jeep journey Richmond Chrysler team!!

Clean, neat. Good customer service. Very expensive and they charge you for things you feel was not damage. Like a car whose computer had to be programmed, just because the car run out of battery. $300 for that.

In a time where most dealerships are becoming extra transparent online, where the online shopping is seeming like the next era of car buying, my experience with Richmond CDJR was completely different.

Asking for payments to estimate what I m looking for monthly cost on a new truck seems like too much to ask for.

My initial inquiry provided a VIN for trade in, KMS, let them know most recent work that was done on the truck and asked for payments on the new truck. I don t even want to hold them again the trade in and that s why in email I said Based on Viewing

If Richmond Chrysler prides themselves in excellent service, then maybe re look at how your staff handles serious internet inquires.

This is really a greate and reliable dealership. Their service is nice, and the employee is very professional. Their service level and service attitude could be excellent. I'm a customer of Arnold, who is gentle and knowledgeable , and respects my choice, and provides me some very useful information, and help me find exact products according to my real economic situation and requirements. What's good thing is their technician team is well trained and experienced, which make cars maintenance economic, fast, and easier. On the side, they offer their customer free car washing etc. I really feel it's worth of selecting this dealership.

I have been going to Richmond Chrysler for almost 20 years as I have driven my dodge Diesel truck for over 25 years now. Although the service department seems disorganized to me, I have always been treated well by a lady named Sadie. She has been one person who always has a sunny disposition and is always accommodating to me. It is always a pleasure to deal with her as everyone in any company could learn from her on how to conduct good client services and to keep the client happy. She goes beyond, in my opinion, what an employee from a company does for people.

Their Documentation fees is 899$ for pre-owned vehicle, and also charge 699$ for financial placement. Are you guys serious???
When I talk to sales manager for fees, he just offer me a free tank of gas....
Don t come in sales person words. They created such environment, and he sold me car without test drive. They said there is no accident but I found car has damage from all four corners.
The place is full of cheaters and liars.
Don t recommend.

Could you please comment on $699 finance place fee? is it not that Robert had cheated me???

And if you are really charging fair documentation fees why need to offer a free gas tank fill-up upon query???

More thing:
1. I went for for VIP washing and they are saying because of city restriction they are not providing this service.
How about new cars? are you sealing without washing? there should be some alternative otherwise you should not commit this service.

2. inexperienced sales team?
I have question about rear ducts in my caravan. No one answered what exactly the function of that ducts, including sales managers. Answer was something for good. but what good? ammm ummmm dont know....
I was there with my family to purchase car and you didnt mentioned single time this car dont have rear AC

Wonderful service from Sayed! Came down to Vancouver from northern BC to purchase my first vehicle and he was extremely helpful. He sent me a video of the vehicle, many photos, answered all of my questions and exceeded my expectations! Even had an issue after purchasing the vehicle and Sayed still proceeded to helped me out. I recommend purchasing your vehicle from this dealership I will definitely be coming to see them when I need another vehicle!

Kirk the the most peasant sales rep I have had the pleasure working with. My wife who is not a fan of car salesmen was blown away by his generosity. I also brought my truck back for an enhancement and Kirk was front and center asking how I enjoy my truck. I would highly recommend Richmond Chrysler and more importantly Kirk.
