I live in a coop managed by Richland. Recently water damage from a fire 2 floors above me completely destroyed my apartment. I mean destroyed, it had to be completely gutted. Throughout the 3 months that it took to rebuild my apartment Tom Flood at Richland was great. He helped coordinate the buildings insurance claim with mine and helped arrange for my contractor to do the work the coop was respnsible for. This was a very big part in the efficient reconstruction of my home.

Absolutely the worst possible people to manage anything, even worse your home. They do not care about anyone.

The worst company to work for, they don't appreciate their workers. The building head of board at 50 Brompton, should be replace. Richland have illegal immigrants that can't speak English that's working for them. Richland treats their workers and tenants very poorly.

It's hard to believe that we pay thousands a month in management fees and yet have to be subjected to such rude, miserable staff at this management company. They do all they can to be unhelpful and even obstructionist. They have the worst attitudes of any service company I know. I love my apartment complex, but the worst part of living here by far is dealing with these cretins.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Carla at this office.. She assisted me over the phone with my questions and was very helpful and kind when I went to the office to submit my paperwork..

Severe clanking for 3 months and at least 30 calls without any resolution or even empathy. Pathetic service, should rename to Richland mismanagement.

Useless people. Do not let these people manage your property. Can t wait to sue them.

It appears as if they pander to board members. I have the misfortune of living below the treasurers booty call. We are required to have 80% carpet, but booty call only needs 10%. And she is an expert at dropping large heavy packages, moving furniture, etc. The super checked it out and gave it the OK. I knew he was full of it!
