Don't know they never called back after leaving serval messages

Payne Walker has been a trusted real estate advisor of mine for over a decade. Always professional in his demeanor and offering an educational perspective in multiple directions concerning my old rental, new investment property opportunities, commercial property and my own residence. I appreciate his leadership and guidance.

I would never recommend this company to ANYONE! When I first met Bridget and Payne they seemed like nice people, and knowledgeable but after a few weeks into our contract I knew that was a lie. We went with this company because they were cheaper than everyone else in the area BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Bridget dropped the ball a few times when it came to managing our property. Our lease was done incorrectly, promises were made but never fulfilled, took them weeks to reply back to emails regarding our home. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Payne is the owner and became very rude once we told him we no longer wanted their services.You would think as the owner he would conduct hisself better. The only good thing this company did was let us out of our contact with them.

You are better off going to Sundance or coastal reality for your property management services.

Update 2019: myself AND my tenants are happy to no longer deal with this company. I am greatful to have been fired from your company. Clearly from all the other reviews shows your company isn t professional what so ever. Maybe instead of getting upset by the reviews, learn from them!

I have found Payne Walker to be very thorough and knowledgable!

In reading some of these reviews, you tend to hesitate a bit in deciding whether you would like to interact with a company or the persons within that company based on the opinion or experience of another person. It seems as if no one wants to be held accountable for their own actions and is quick to point a finger. I have always had a great experience with Payne and My Ardor Realty with every interaction. They are efficient, professional and above all pleasant to interact with. I think if you are the type of person that is constantly at odds with everyone you interact with, it may be time to point that finger at yourself. It can't always be everybody else that is the problem. Thank you Payne and thank you My Ardor Realty!

On 06/05/2018 at 10:06 am, Bridget Bates sent me a text asking if I would like to view the apartment at 803 Cardinal St. I said sure, would 11:30 today be ok, she said she could show it tomorrow at 11:30am 06/06/2018, just text her at 11:00 to confirm. Well 11:00 came and I texted her, on my way. I'm in route and she texts back saying that her property has been rented!!! Why did you contact me the day before and make a showing appointment for the next day and did not have the courtesy to call or text to let me know that the property that you text me to see was no longer available. Bad, bad, bad, business.

I had a great experience with My Ardor realty. I have personally worked with Payne over the years. He has always been very professional, Knowledgeable, and Helpful. Would recommend him and this company to anyone!
