A nice local flower shop. Also some antiques. Mostly glass and crystal. Nice staff. Ok prices. Not the cheapest for valentine's day, but not the most expensive either.

I ordered directly from this florist, and took a look at their website and asked for a specific arrangement. I also asked to pay $20 more to make the arrangement larger than the picture that I found from their website. When I arrived at my moms house last night to look at her birthday flowers, it looks like a small cheap arrangement. There were bare spots in the arrangement, and it was even smaller than the photo. I paid $60 for an arrangement that was probably comparable to a $30 arrangement anywhere else. I will not be using them again.

During the crazy pandemic times, I checked so many websites to get my mom flowers delivered for Mother s Day. Finally as a last resort my husband found this local flower shop close to my parents house in Ohio. My mom received the flowers just in time before Mother s Day and absolutely loved them. I got a notification as soon as they delivered them and so did my mom. Very reliable and extremely friendly and would definitely use them in future as well. Highly recommend them! Thank you guys again

Ordered my girlfriend a bouquet of her favorite flowers this year for Valentines Day. Upgraded from Standard to the Deluxe arrangement, but, what she received wasn't even close to the base Standard arrangement. Mostly disappointed that my girlfriend didn't received the nicer arrangement I ordered!!! Guess I should have had them send me a picture of the actual arrangement before they delivered it!!!

I've always viewed with a sceptical eye reviews that offer only 1 or 2 stars, thinking it must be some crank or crabby soul with nothing better to do than berate a business. On this occasion I am the one offering a poor review, and here's why. A former employee of mine recently broke the sad news that his first child was stillborn and that there was to be a funeral at his church in Kent. I wanted to send a special flower arrangement and found Richards in a Google search. I phoned my order and asked how much it would be for something really nice and we settled on $200.00. I gave them 48 hours notice the fee included delivery for the Ssturday service. My friend's mother sent me a picture of the flower basket and it was very disappointing for the money to say the least. I showed the photo to two friends who are florists and they say there was not more than $35 worth of material there. It looked like a $40 FTD arrangement. I suppose the staff at Richard's knew I was not attending the funeral and felt comfortable taking advantage of my generosity.

Made some wonderful sympathy dish plants for me at very reasonable prices! I called ahead because I wasn't sure what I wanted, but gave a description of the person I was buying it for. He made me 3 to pick from, how nice was that! Fantastic customer service! Thank you!

Beautiful Fresh flowers in a get well mug, a new florist I will use

Super impressed with this local shop; found them via a quick google search (I live in Denver but grew up in the area and have family still there). Needed flowers delivered next day for my stepmom's birthday and they were stunningly beautiful!!!

Online ordering was easy, quick, prices were great and they were delivered mid-day even though I didn't remember to order until the evening before ;)

We had never ordered from Richards floral before. and we thought we had found a nice new florist. The lady I talked to seemed very nice. I specifically ordered The Emerald Deluxe garden basket from their web page, for my wife's brother's funeral. The florist lady stated they may not have the exact basket but she could make up the same arrangement with the exception of one plant, which they did not have. I said that would be fine. I asked could we add some fresh flowers. aside from the live plants. She suggested daisies and some type of lily. Those flowers were acceptable so I gave the okay. My wife who was in flustered state at the death of her brother ,and in a terrible hurry, picked them up, and rushed them to the funeral parlor. She was disappointed but did not express her disappointment to the lady. Instead she thought to herself, "I just won't use that florist again" After she dropped off the arrangement and we return for the calling hours, we looked closer at the arrangement and compared it to all the lovely arrangements sent by other people from different florist. We noticed not only did it not even slightly resemble the Emerald Deluxe basket. The suggested flowers of Daisies and lilies turned out to be only some wilted looking daisies and No lilies at all. Even the plants looked droopy as well. It literally looked like a basket of dead weeds compared to the other arrangements. My wife was embarrassed that our arrangement wasn't even as nice as the smaller arrangements that other people sent. I would have rather the women told us she couldn't make up the Emerald Deluxe basket instead of making a inferior arrangements with wilted plants and flowers, and allowed us the option of going to another florist.
