The food is great and the employees were kind and understanding!

Tonight had the most awesome meal of turkey, dressing, creamed potatoes and cranberries. Banana pudding for dessert. Everything was great.

Food was good. Menu overly confusing. Service was good, could be a little quicker. Rating was a 90.

My husband and I stopped in while driving through the area after being recommended by a local, however, I personally wouldn't say I do recommend. The staff look overworked and exhausted, mind for maybe two people we saw that generally just looked bored, and entitled feeling. We wouldn't have come to those conclusions had we not overheard one of them, a middle aged woman, in FRONT of us, belittle the staff that she seemed to feel in charge of. She belittled them and suggested that they were the ones not working - when my husband and I watched nearly everyone but the very person who complained - running around the ENTIRE duration of our meal. As someone who works in management, I was disgusted to witness such behavior. To watch an authority figure talk down onto her own employees when they did not deserve it, when we sat and watched the same "authority" bat her eyelashes at another table for 10 minutes straight - was appalling - and really, really, sad. the food was excellent - would love to return - But we are people that believe in equal and fair treatment, which is clearly not something that's given to every employee here. Please take this and learn how to treat the people that WORK FOR YOU as the human beings that they ACTUALLY are.

Tasted like canned sauces..staff not the friendliest.

New waitress, order was wrong from get go with drinks, long wait on refills, food was wrong when brought to table. Don't think I'll be back after all the confusion with waitress. Been back to Peppermill, everything has been great the last couple times. Try Loaded home fries!!

The food is just okay. You are charged extra for spaghetti sauce and it's not that great. I've had better Spaghetti from other places.

Way to High priced on Food , 1/2 piece of frenched toast was $5.99 .& it was plain.

Not fancy and not a place you would take a date to but food was OK.

Everyone at our table was glad to be there. Not close to my job, I wish it was.

If you are looking for a local restaurant that has a great variety of menu items, The Pepper Mill Cafe is the one to go to! They have pasta, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, hot dogs, meat and vegetable plates and salads. There is something for just about anyone at the Pepper Mill Cafe.

Very average.. nothing special.. wait staff aren't very cordial and quite blunt.. food is average. Could make at home cheaper...

Their food is wonderful.Great variety and the best chicken salad plate you ever tasted.I go there from Franklinville to eat.And usually I will bring home a container of chicken salad for later.

Always went by here and never tried it then decided to give it a shot. Tried their breakfast and wasn't too disappointed. Was decent better than waffle house. Only complaints is the gravy is bland, and service from waitresses could be improved. But a very cute little restaurant.
