Dr. Richards was such a comforting and reassuring surgeon! He was my first consultation but encouraged me to visit other surgeons as well to make sure that I was making the right choice. I went to FOUR different surgeons and although each one of them was wonderful in their own way I felt most comfortable with Richards. His facility was always so clean, comfortable and welcoming that I never felt awkward sitting in the waiting room. Misty was such a patient and understanding coordinator. She took so much time allowing me to try on size after size bouncing back and forth and really understood how impacting the decision-making process was going to be. Trevor the OR nurse was simply wonderful and the day of my surgery was flawless. It is the one and only time I have undergone anesthesia and woken up completely happy and tear free. My recovery is almost two weeks out and I feel AWESOME! The results are everything I wanted and the feelings of satisfaction I have are indescribable!
