Always the best Italian meals you can find for an affordable price. Salad is world class. A never fail place to dine for me and my wife!

Good food, good service, would benefit from decor update.

Food was great but the servers were on another level! We had a party of 12 and not a drink went dry and the dishes were gone so promptly.

Had lunch with my daughters and Mother. I've been here several times before and everything went very smoothly. They have very good food and the salad is to die for! The staff has always been very friendly and prompt. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Service was great... Salad was good (tastes just like Pasta House)... Lasagna was eatable, but not by any means good... Definitely not worth the price!!!

Have been going to this location for at least the past 20 years! Still enjoying it, just celebrated a landmark birthday there and enjoyed the salad along with the BLT pasta. Others in my group were still able to get their favorite, no longer on the menu, Pasta Prima Vera with a Red Marina sauce. It had just the right touch of garlic. We have always enjoyed going to this restaurant and have spent many memorable family celebrations there as well as just going there for a great meal.

Love Rich & Charlie's! It's one of my favorite places to eat. I've. been going there since 1976. Food is consistently delicious!

We ordered the fried cheese (the old way). It was different but tasty.

No wait, was able to walk right in and be seated. The staff was pleasant and our dinners were tasty as always.

Great Chicken and Pizza. The service can be a little slow on weekends.

Amazing Italian food. Appetizers were done perfectly, and the food is not only very tasty, but plentiful in portion size. Little pricey but the quality definitely makes it worth it.

A couple of minor issues, we had to ask for parm cheese and butter twice otherwise food was good and waiter was nice

Bad bad bad we waited such a long time for our lunch it was stupid the waitress blamed it on the cook for being busy but the thing is there was only about five tabels with people in them when clearly she forgot to put our order in the first and last time I will eat there was not impressed at all

If you get anything I would definitely recommend the manicotti.

Let me first say the food is FANTASTIC! And this isn't our first time here, however the services was HORRIBLE! It was a nice night and we saw people on the patio and thought why not. Well the waitress comes over seems to have a bit of an attitude (I work retail I get it)! She gets our drink order (water) that took about 10 mins! Then we placed our order, my meal came with unlimited salad, and here we waited for that forever.....I can say that because the table behind us was hers as well and she was VERY helpful with them because she ignores us. Anyways, we got our salads, ate them I asked for another, and 10mins here comes our meals no salad. I then ask for extra napkins and more salad. Salad finally came but never any napkins. Once we were done, drinks have been empty this whole time. We asked for boxes......30 mins and a phone call inside we got our boxes basically thrown to us, our check and card thrown to us, and the excuse was she's the only one there and got busy......she clearly wasn't the only one there because there were males helping tables! Anyways there was no apology at all just attitude! We will think twice next time!

Not nearly as good as it used to be. Our server didn't seem to try very hard to make our experience anything special. It definitely seemed like she would rather have been at home than at work. Barely saw a smile.

The chicken sandwich is the way to go. Unlike chicken sandwich I've ever had before.

Relatively good food for the price and a good atmosphere. A little slow though.

I mostly get take out and they are great at including eating utensils, bread & butter, and extra pasta sauce.

I grew up eating at Rich & Charlies! Everytime I come up from Texas I eat at the South County location!

Hadn't been there for quite a few years. The menu has changed a little, but still wonderful food and good service at reasonable prices. I have been eating for a healthier lifestyle for a year and a fe months, with an occasional spluge like R&C's. Loved every bite!

Good food, great staff. Monday's all you can eat well worth the money.

Save your money worst food in South county.Had chicken parm was a blob of cheap cheese covering a dry chicken breast. A blind man could make better food then this place gross!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great service. The Pasta con Broccoli is excellent. The linguine with chicken livers was ok, seemed like it was thrown together as an afterthought with boiled livers. Some seasoning and a quick pan fry on the livers would have been much better.

Service was excellent. But the food has been very inconsistent. You'd think that all the dishes would be prepared the same. Nope. Not any more

Absolutely what the doctor ordered. Bartender and MOD listened to me vent for about 30 minutes about my job. To alot of people that means nothing but when you work in this industry it means EVERYTHING thank you so much. I will definitely be back.

The food tasted OK, but the salad was soggy just like that serve at The Pasta House.

Great food, generous portions and wait time is minimal on Saturday if just 2 people.

Food was good as always, waiter Mark H did a good job. Employees wore masks, masks were required on entry! Customer's got up from their chairs without masks and walked thru the area to the bathroom This was our first time in a restaurant, I will think twice about going out to eat again. I had the Covid in January and hope nobody else gets it from the careless people who don't keep there masks on when done eating.
