Really good but bring your apatite. The portions are large.

Our family had Chrismas dinner at Rich & Charlies. The atmosphere was as always perfect. They have consistently been a special place since 1974. The pasta and other entrees were perfectly cooked and served by gracious staff.

Went in with my gal and son today. Awful. It was dirty all around. The table we got sat at was dirty and the waitress just wiped it off with a dry rag. Awful.

it was ok. good service friendly. however lunch portions are super small for the price.

Always great food, before 5:30 its half price menu.

She loves the salads however this salad had almost no dressing on it very Bland and tasteless. But what was more tasteless was the music playing in the background.

No music just obscene music in a family restaurant with familys that had children.
And the mother knew the song and was shocked and also told them to turn it off.

They staff claimed they didn't know how the music got on.
I call bs and sadly will be hard pressed to every go back.

This was my first time ordering from here, wanted to try something new and local and found it on DoorDash. The roast beef sandwiches were bland- the au jus was the best part. We were disappointed there was no cheese on them, but I suppose it didn t say that in the description. It came with the pasta on the side and the marinara was not my favorite either. Also tried the spinach and artichoke toasted ravioli for something different and it was hard. There was bread in the bag as well but it wasn t wrapped, just in the bottom of the bag laying there. I felt like this place had potential but it just wasn t a great first impression.

Great food and service like always. We have been multiple times and will continue to keep coming back.

My favorite local italian restaurant. Fantastic st.louis style pizza, one of the best out there. Better than imos. Many people dont know that. Amazing pasta in huge portions. Very good sides and toasted ravs and fried cheese. Just a fantastic place to eat. Amazing cannelloni and manicotti. Cavatelli is amazing. Prices are reasonable for the large portion sizes. But it can get expensive to eat here. But its cheaper than pasta house and gives twice the portions. Really just a fantastic example of st.louis Italian food. Try the all you can eat house salad too. Very good. The best place imo for italian.

Very nice restaurant everybody was respectful of social distancing. Food was great. Try the noodles and broccoli with Alfredo and a bit of tomato sauce. Really good.

The menu selection was bland like their service and food. The salad was good but not worth returning for.

I had the veggie baked pasta on special. I hope they keep it, it was amazing.

Delicious food, try the italian beef sandwich, and extraordinary service. Everything you want to go out to eat for and prices reasonably for the quality given. You will enjoy your trip if this is your destination.

This has become a regular stop for my wife and I along with various friends and family. The food is always top notch and the service solid and reliable. Strongly recommended for a fun dinner out.

An experience like no other literally. If and I do mean if you are a connoisseur then look no further we went to Rich and Charlie's when I was a kid my dad loved the famous salad there and truly the pizza is the best by far over any other establishment period this restaurant is the best anywhere if you are truly seeking real and authentic Italian food. I have traveled to many states and the food does not compare to Rich & Charlie's. Go out of your way on this one surely you will eventually return.

If you want great authentic Italian food, you have to visit. We've been going back for over 30 years.

We love Rich and Charlies... This was a go to date night location for years. 25 years later, we still go back every time we are back in town. Authentic Italian food and the atmosphere is comfortable. Love it

I got fettuccine and it was like eating glue! The taste was so so so. Usually this location is really good. Maybe because they were slow, but I feel you should still get goot food.

I loved the complete experience! I am a gluten-free person. There menu allows you to enjoy so many options gf. Plus, the waitress was super accommodating to the needs of our party! Well done!

The restaurant was very clean, but when they brought our food it was cold. My sister got the ravioli that was very cold and she had to send it back to get reheated. I got the tortellini that was warm not hot. My wife got the mostaccioli and they were cold too. The waitress was very friendly, it was that the food was not what it use to be.

Service was awesome food was great really like the low lighting while eating.

Pizza dough was so chewy it was hard to eat. Definitley not worth the money.

Always delicious, great service. The salad, penni Ala vodka and blt are amazing dishes. You can't go wrong with anything I've tried on the menu. Ask for olive oil and parm to go with your bread. Itali-delicious

Worst customer service. They messed up my order and did not include all of the food. Would not give me a refund for the missing food because they said they did not believe me . Will never be back here.
