We had good food and good service. I have some favorite Italian Restaurants that I prefer.

Good food and friendly service. It's a great family restaurant that I will visit again and again!

As usual the food was excellent. Disappointed they did not send me an email or card for my birthday.

Servit was slow. Lighting much too dim for the afternoon.

Our family favorite. We've been coming here for years. Whenever my family comes up to visit. This is where they want to come. Great salad!!!! Excellent service.

Friendly staff. Good for groups. Delicious artichoke and spinach toasted raviolis.

2 orders of chicken fettuccine- awful. Not even edible. And no offer to take it off the check. Letter to the owner about the experience with no response. I can t rate without 1 star, so I guess I have to give it 1 star.

Great service. We had a gathering after a funeral and burial here and they were great.

It was not the restaurant I remembered frequenting a few years ago. And not the most pleasant of dining experiences. I invited my 2 brothers and spouse. We (6) were seated immediately. 3 soft drinks and 3 glasses of wine ordered. After a very long time the soft drinks came out. About 10 min later the other drinks came out. We had to ask for a bread bowl. It was eventually brought out, but without butter. We ask for butter. The salad was advertised as unlimited. The 1st bowl came out, but only 4 of us were able to not even cover our bread plates. We immediately order a 2nd basket, and still could not fill 6 bread plates so we ordered a 3rd. We found water in the bottom of bread bowl and had to request another. The food came out and tasted good. I ordered 3 cannelloni but only receive 2. A bowl of soup arrived, but none had been ordered. We were all suppose to have received toasted garlic bread, but only 1 of the 6 did, and our bill was a $125 before tip....I think I know why we were able to be seated immediately!!

Great service, great food... always happy when I eat here.

The service was freaking awesome. The wait staff did an incredible job. I am just not a fan of their sauce they use. Its a sweeter sauce than I am used to. The rest of my family loved it so ths is just personal preference.

The food here was very good. Not the best I've had, but tasty. The linguine with chicken livers were awesome!

A brilliant restaurant for fine Italian Cuisine. The beef modega is one of the best in Saint Louis. As well as the salad and cavatelli.

Today we ate at the South Co one for lunch. Our server was Summer and she was fantastic. Usually when we eat here the servers really hate their job and food for the first time in awhile was fantastic

Hands down beat Italian around. I will be going back. Fettuccine Alfredo was perfect

Just wanted to take a minute to thank Rich & Charlie's for providing the setting for some of the best memories with my family in recent years. We were treated like family every visit no matter how late we came in and loved sitting on the patio with the flowers. The salad is legendary. The Chicken Spedini is the best in St Louis, we've tried it almost everywhere and nothing can beat theirs.

Love this place. Been enjoying fried cheese the old way since it was the only way....25+ years!

Food is good sometimes. Others, it's dry and looks like it had been sitting in the kitten for hours. Had a friend worked there and management was very rude and unfair.

I've been coming to this restaurant since they opened (way too many years ago). It was great then and it's still great. Can't beat the "Taste of Italy" combo. Love "Dick and Chuck's"!

I have food allergy to soybean oil, I was very limited on what I could order since all pastas are soaked in the oil. Will not be back, Pasta House offered to make fresh pasta with no soybean oil at all. Pasta House values their customers enough to address allergy concerns.

Great, delicious Italian food in generous portions. The pasta con broccoli is amazing. Prices average about $15-20 for a main. Service is good.

We went on a late weekday afternoon. The waitress was wonderful. We ordered from the dinner menu. The cajun chicken pasta was wonderful! It was a huge plate, we all took some home for lunch th next day. It was a wonderful experience.

The pasta was great, I had Cajun chicken. The salad was old and wilted asked the waiters for a different salad she huffed but before she walked away, I said thank you she didn't even say "you're welcome". The whole time I thanked her, she said absolutely nothing! Her name is Jen B she was rude and not attentive at all, after a drink of my water I spotted something in it I asked her what is this she said "it's a lemon seed" mind you I didn't even have lemons, she didn't say sorry about it in fact she was very nonchalant about it, leads me to believe the cup wasn't even clean. Needless to say I won't be returning!

Amazing food & service! Very clean, service was quick & with a smile! Will definitely go back! I suggest the shrimp Tuscany! It's PHENOMENAL!

Good food, service ok but when you go at anytime they always hand you a lunch menu instead of full menu.

My hamburger was not cooked to well it was very pink in the middle and the cheddar cheese was very gooey and tasted bad.

Great experience at Rich & Charlies today. I have not eaten there in years. Just forgot about it for no apparent reason. The food tasted great. The eggplant parmesan. The tasted like my Grandma used to make . The salad and bread was plentiful. I actually had way too much food to eat. I'll be back!

We really enjoyed going to Rich & Charlie's tonight. Our waitress was exceptional very friendly very upbeat paid close attention to social distancing all the place was very clean a lot of tables removed it was a good experience. The food was fantastic I would recommend anyone to give it a try get back out of the house and enjoy an evening out.

Great dinner. Good food and Joe, our waiter was great. There when you needed him but didn't interfere when we didn't.
