Service was great. 10/10. The Zwickel on draught tasted weird, the other beer I ordered was great. 5/10. I didn't try any of the dishes the place is known for. Just wings and they were average mild wings. They don't serve ranch but they serve wings and salads though... That's weird. Food 6/10.

What started off terrible at Rizzos for a party of 7 ended great here. We ve been here multiple times and have always had great service. We were out celebrating a few birthdays and they wanted to try something different.

I've been going to this restaurant for years even though it is an hours drive from home. I've been here alone, with a group, with family, & with a date . It is always the same - great food & terrific service. I've never heard anyone claim to have a bad meal here or at their other location.
They have a broad menu of great Italian food. Everything from pizza & salads to full dinners with chicken, beef, fish, & pasta of course. Their homemade soups are fantastic if you're wanting a light lunch. They also have a kids' menu & daily lunch specials. Plus, if you still have the room, there is a delicious dessert menu. If you don't have time to stay for dinner or want to take your dessert with you everything is available for carry out.
Rich & Charlie's is located in a neighborhood mall , but off to the side so there I'd no problem finding a parking place right outside their door.
Service, food and portions are way above the norm. Be sure to order the single Rich & Charle's salad with any pasta dish order.

Great gyro place. Clean, fast, and friendly staff. I go here often. Nothing super fancy as far as atmosphere but the food is great and price is reasonable.

Have lunch at Rich & Charlie's on Lemay Ferry every Friday with my friends. We have lunch and then stay and play Mah Jongg afterwards. I usually order the big spring mix salad with salmon or the Rich & Charlie's grilled chicken salad. Both are excellent. The lettuce is always crispy and the meat is nicely grilled and tender. Cheesecake for dessert is delicious. The management and wait staff is top of the line professional and courteous.

Horrible experience. First of all we love rich and Charlie s and often do the taste of Italy at the Crestwood location.
Not only does the south county location heavily limit pasta options, service was slow and rude, and was stingy with the unlimited salad. Crestwood also gave us more garlic bread, and the small pieces we did get at south county came out soggy. The ice cream was also half what we normally get.
Never returning. And I highly recommend anyone looking to dine at a rich and Charlie s, go to the Crestwood location.

Service was good, portions were very small, and food was bland. Would of got more food and better tasting food from pasta house for less money. doesn't give veteran discount like pasta house does.

All I had was a burger and it was amazing but filling. I also loved how the interior looked. My experience was pretty well pleased, and the waitress and waiters were absolutely outstanding! The receptionist was nice and very kind with his welcome and goodbye! Highly recommend if your craving a burger or Italian food!

Ordered Spaghetti & Meatballs. Spaghetti was over cooked. Ordered extra bread , was not in the bag of our to go order. Really enjoy Rich & Charlie's, but they missed the mark today.
I've been coming here since I was a kid. It's a notch below most of the famous Italian restaurants on The Hill, but it's cheaper, the wait won't be as long, and it's probably a lot closer. If you have the time and budget for one of the national Italian chain restaurants, come here instead. I usually get one of the pastas but the salsiccia sandwich is another good choice.

This place has really good food and the atmosphere is pretty nice. That being said, they are a little slow.
Always laud & busy! Large portions & kinda high, just about the same sizes & prices as Frankie gianinos! We've ate here twice & we personally prefer Frankie gianinos because their more family oriented... their food is good though... felt a little rushed...
In this time of Covid, it was great to experience indoor dining. Restaurants in this time cannot survive off of just take outs. Drinks are where restaurants make a profit and can stay in business. Our servers were excellent and the food was delicious. My wife and I are loyal long time customers. I am glad to support small business. The taste of Italy is a great deal for the price. I would recommend their BLT pasta. I hope you enjoy Rich and Charlie's just as much as I do.
