I don't understand how you can sell a product, and hire individuals that know nothing about the product. Have had many issues and none of the issues were resolved due to incompetent customer service representatives. I actually had to tell THEM how to do/view/edit certain things on our scale system. I highly recommend others to search elsewhere for a scale software - you do not want this one.
