Must see venue! Awesome decor , sound and views! Worth the trip from Elgin for me!

It was so great to see the old Miracle on 34th Street movie on the big screen with a full audience. The audience laughed out loud, clapped and cheered through the movie. It was so much better than watching it at home!!! Thank you Rialto.

Bathroon lines were too long the entire night. The theater is beautiful but this needs to be taken care of.

Very nice old building. View from balcony was great but the seating is very cramped.

Walking into this place really takes your breath away. The beauty and the detail are beyond amazing. Great venue for a show especially an acoustic set. The parking was free and bearly a block away, but there is another garage and street parking is free weekdays after 5. The employees were wonderful and very helpful. Sat in the very last row in the balcony, sound was awesome and view wasn't bad at all.

Lovely theatre, doesn't seem to be a bad seat in the house.

The theater is beautiful. The staff were friendly. We were disappointed that they cancelled the VIP Lounge for our show. They said that not enough people signed up. All they needed was a bartender and a few snacks. We paid enough to cover that.

A vintage theater with awesome performances and outgoing staff with convenient free parking.

A really classy and ornate atmosphere, and that includes not only the building but the staff as well. It has been a long time I was able to go to a show without being searched or having the ladies bags be checked and it's a good reminder of the respectable and mature atmosphere this place demands. The seating was great and sound quality was high, one of the best venues I have been to. The show was Post Modern Jukebox, a class act that fits the venue spot on, a combination I would highly recommend for a great night out.

I ve been here two times for whose live anyway, it s a beautiful theater! We d go more often if we didn t live so far away.

We went and seen Aaron Lewis and was very pleased. Had a great time. beautiful place. The staff is great. Can't wait for our next visit.

The Rialto in Joliet is such a treasure. It is beautiful and there is great entertainment there. I recommend anyone going to the Rialto in Joliet you will fall in love with it.

You can rent it when they aren't giving a show. We used it to take pictures of models. It is a beautiful theater, I have seen a lot as a historic preservation professional, and this is one of the best.

Great concert. A little loud but very nice sixties concert!

They had several lines to enter so no standing and waiting and the same for drinks. There were plenty of attendants to help you to your seats.

As a person that has been to many concerts, this venue is fantastic. Go out of your way to check it out! A good place for an attentive sound crew, if they are on task, expect great show. Bar in the lobby pre show. Coffee and drinks

So many great have entertained at this beautiful and architectural Theatre. It was wonderful to see this amazing place as an adult. Seeing as the last time was as a child. Yet the magic awe and wonder were still so prevalent as an adult. I couldn't keep my eyes from roaming from the wonderful stage and act to the amazing ceilings, seats, and architecture or this amazing place. This is still to this day one of my favorite theatres I can't wait to bring my children soon. Thanks Rialto square Theatre.

The RIALTO is and remains the jewel of Joliet. It is special to our family because my Grandfather had a hand in its construction. Finding craftsmanship equal to that today is virtually impossible. It would be nice if they would bring back popcorn and refreshments. Memories...

Really nice place. But I was there for a wedding, and even though it was a nice wedding, weddings suck. Three stars.

I have only been here for two weddings so far. The entryway where receptions are held is very pretty. They offer outside food, drink, decor, etc options which is both good and bad. It is already lovely inside this area, not much decor is needed. Seating for a large wedding is not ideal as there is a central location then a row of tables leading to the outside doors. The theater area looks like an old theater, wedding ceremonies can be held there as well as other entertainment.

Beautiful historic theater presenting big name acts as well as local entertainment. Wonderful acoustics and friendly staff. Easy access free parking garages after 5pm or free weekends within 1/2 block. Very close to 2 brewery/restaurants.

Great place to go for a performance. I do not feel safe going to downtown Chicago anymore so this is a great alternative.

What a beautiful theatre, I had a wonderful experience. It s was a classy touch having ushers show me to my seats.

I really liked the place. Good view pretty much from any place where you are seated. Well organized. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Seats are tight. Plenty of parking.

This is a beautiful theater to see a music concert or a show, in down town Joliet IL. The Italian marble &_real gold inlays is bueatiful. This is a awesome place to see a concert music, a play or musical, even comedy or live comic's on stage. This is a historic theater located in downtown Joliet IL. You must go see a show or music concert there to appreciate every thing this historic beautiful theater has to offer.

I attended a monthly movie night of nostalgic flicks for the summer, building is beautiful as usual. I was happy with the $5 cost and they tried to organize a few of our local vendors but I was not tempted by any because we went out to eat before attending but there is a candy shoppe across the street from the Rialto with excellent goodies. Advertisement of event was very hard to find and the seating inside theater is very uncomfortable. If you like to have a inexpensive date night its a good ideal!

Nice venue been here for a few comedy acts and a few plays. Its on the smaller side but moderate pricing makes up for it.

Breath taking inside! Parking was easy. Seats were amazing.

Always an enjoyable evening at the Rialto. Larry the Cable Guy was excellent as always. The opening comedian was also great.

Such beautiful architecture. Production of "Finding Neverland" was wonderful, though the chairs are not very comfortable (hence the 4 stars) and if there person in front of you is ever so much taller than you (I am 5.6') you won't be able to see unobstructedly. Sound was very good, sets were visually engaging and volunteers were friendly and helpful.

The Rialto Square Theatre is a beautiful Jewel. The seats are pretty comfy and accommodating, although those long legs might be hard to fit in the somewhat narrow rows. The acoustics are pretty good too. Give this venue a go, it's worth attending just to see this spectacular space.

The place is beautiful. Reminds me of some of the grand theatres in downtown Chicago.

It was a nice trip through a lost era of design. My wife got tickets to UFO for my birthday, sec 102, row b. It's first row on the left. It was great, but the guy at the mixing board sucked.

Beautiful venue, heard a concert and the acoustics were incredible

Saw a youth group musical-seated lower level midway just off central aisle. Great view of stage, great sound. The only drawback is the parking, the lot across the street has only two (2) disabled parking spots.
