I really like the products they send each month. I had a 6 month package, unfortunately I am unable to renew atm but as soon as I get a job that pays me real money I will be renewing. Oh and the monthly boxes aren't even the best thing about the company their customer service is unbelievable. I was renewed for another 6 months and was charged when I thought I had cancelled it. Luckily Super Cindy came to the rescue only 10 minutes after I sent my email and issued me a full refund and cancelled my order (talkin' bout' speedy customer service). You can really tell customer service is this company's first priority. Also I love the funny emails sent every month when the package is sent. Keep up the good work, can't wait to be a Cairn subscrber once again. P.S I think you need to start calling Cindy, Super Cindy around the office. Thanks, Dallas

A few years back I ran into Cairn when I was first introduced to the benefits of product subscription boxes, and out of the many I have experimented with it is one of the few I have settled on as a pure winner. An outstanding subscription to me has the following qualities: quality products, excellent customer service, and free shipping. Cairn hits it out of the park on all counts. The timely, useful/fun items they send are either new launches or tried-and-true products by solid companies, shipping is free, and best of all if you need to speak to someone...you reach a live, knowledgabe person who is genuinely interested in your satisfaction. I encourage you to watch some of their videos on products, interviews with new partners/vendors, or even their unboxing videos. You will see people who are excited and love what they are doing. Twenty something to those of us who are fifty plus, if you love the outdoors or want to get out more, you can t go wrong with Cairn!

I'm extremely disappointed in this company. I ordered my box weeks ago and I got a notification saying it shipped. Still no box. I've called and emailed Cairn but no one has responded. When I contacted the shipper (DHL), they said Cairn never sent them the package. I either need my box or my money back so I can take my business elsewhere. ***EDIT: Box did get lost. However, Cairn finally got back to me to let me know I will be receiving a replacement. I m disappointed the box was lost (since I ordered it with plenty of time to arrive before Christmas as a present to my husband), but I do appreciate Cairn getting back to me.
