I walked in with a broken aquarium and walked out with a problem solved. I have a custom build terrarium that has months worth of work invested in it. One of the glass pains spider web cracked and I had no idea whom to ask about repairing it. I contacted Illinois Valley Glass. They told me to bring it by and they would look at it and work on it when they had time. I walked in and they stopped what they were doing to help me on the spot. They were able to cut and clear out the broken glass then set me up with a piece of Lexan to fix the issue. The only cost was for the material. No charge for their time and effort. This brightened my day and saved me from scrapping a ton of hours of work. Thank you.
