My experience at RIA was awesome. I am a health care provider and have pretty high standards. I like to be cared for as well as I care for my own patients. With compassion, kindness, and respect. My experience from making my appointment, to follow up was perfect. I even got a call back to be offered a different appointment time that I wasn t able to get initially.
Jessica, thank you for your personable thorough care. Dr. Yee! You are magic. My port site is almost undetectable! With so many scars, it was so nice to have one less reminder of breast cancer!
And so nice to see you there Cynthia! Small world ;)

Dr. Haddad is an amazing doctor that is not only professional but is timely and one of the most personable doctors I have ever met. While I have been dealing with a family member that is ill, he gave the utmost attention to the problem at hand. He replied in a timely manner and I would reccomend his precise and timely response. Thank you, Dr. Haddad.

Overall I had a bad experience with this group. Individually, everyone is really nice and they have a lot of talent on their team. The team they have at the hospital is great. But collectively, they don't seem to truly care about the patient. Business appears to come first. I have a rare vein condition and I felt I was being treated as another #. I asked the doctors for 2nd opinion referrals and they said they didn't know of anyone... then I found out that there was a woman who specialized in the types of procedure I needed... and she used to work at RIA! They "couldn't think of anyone" though... it was very unprofessional and shady. It was ultimately the reason I decided not to go back here. A patient's health should always come first, before some petty battle who can perform the most of these procedures.
